I was a member of their car wash "club" for a few years. After moving away I tried to cancel by phone, and was given a hard time by a rude employee. I was told it was canceled, but here it is a month later and I see that more money has come out of my account. So I called again, again was told that i am really canceled this time, but they can't refund me because I can't come in. Going there is not possible because I moved. So basically Fullers Car Wash has "stolen" my money and are reluctent to refeund me. I would not recommend them at all. No excuse for rude employees. read more

Everything! I talked to 3 different staff workers and they were all very friendly and helpful, car wash was great! Vacuums; best I ever had. This was my first time here and I couldn't say one negative thing. Even the restrooms are nice, like seriously clean, stocked. Decent enough Carwash prices are a bit high 16 dollars for high end middle wash. But they charge for carpets, there is no air freshener for the car, no window wash for inside and nothing to wipe down the inside of the car with! I'll drive a bit more to the one on the other side of town where they offer all that! But have to say I have never seen any of their machines down parking lot is always clean! No matter what car you're driving no tunnel wash is 100%. Most don't like suv because of the way the trunk/hatch is designed but Fuller's is worse than most. There was still dirt all over the back. Also, the roof did not get dried at all. The vacuums are all the same nozzle type and you can't get between the seats and the center console, unlike with a crevice tool. Further, the vacuums hang along the sides of the car so you're constantly tripping over them. The ones at Sparkle or Delta Sonic in Oswego are far better placed and prices at both of those are about the same. read more

Brand new car wash that just opened. Right before entering the checkout line, there's a free pre bug and pre dirt wash/scrub. Prices start at $3 and go up to $16 with all the extras. Free vacuum, but no towels to wipe the car down. Overall, it was a good experience. read more

Car wash didn't even clean my truck. Power went out midway thru the wash. Once it started back up again the Power Washers blasted my car denting the roof and cracking the windshield. When this was brought to their managements attention, they refused to take ownership of the damage and will no longer return phone calls or emails. Absolutely the worst business I've dealt with. Telling your customer to file against their own insurance when YOUR COMPANY is to blame. NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION....Looks like my complaint is just one of the many with this company!! read more

I brought my car in for a car wash at Fuller Car Wash in Montgomery, IL on Orchard . Prior to entering the car wash, my car had no scratches. After leaving the car wash, we noticed the front left door was scratched in several spots. I called the car wash and asked to speak to a manager and spoke to a man who said he was a manager named Chad Oliver. After describing the damage done to my car, I was told that the car wash could not have caused the scratches to my car. This car is kept in the garage and could not have happened any place other that the car wash. I will admit, I was upset and tried to get manager to understand this could have only happened at the car wash. The manager's voice was heightened. As far as I am concerned, I will never do business at this car wash and would recommend that no one else follow as well. If I could give this establishment a ZERO I would. Think twice about working here. 1. Their management harass(ed) a minor during school in regards to work. When asked to stop they did not. 2. They fired an employee calling him unreliable.....because he had asked for time off recently(my mother's passing, my grandmothers passing and now my nieces baptism). unreliable?? My car was pretty dirty due to all the rain and the bugs hitting my windshield and I went in to get a car wash, and this place was terrible. It was absolutely filthy, 16 year olds workers were vaping inside and behind the building, I payed for my car wash and no one came out to help me for at least 20 minutes so when I tried to get a refund because my car hadn't yet been cleaned, the manager cussed me out and called me racial slurs and I left, mortified at what had just occurred. If you are thinking about getting a car wash here, THINK AGAIN!!!! I will not tolerate that type of behavior and I believe this place is terrible and should be shut down. read more

I visited Fullers today for car wash and vacuum. I walked inside and was greeted by the GM who introduced himself kindly. I had never had my mats washed before so he explained all the details and even offered to come to my car to see what mats I had. We walked inside and I paid for my mats to be washed. Then I asked if I could tip him for his great service and he explained that I could not after credit card was already accepted. All I had was a $20 bill on me. I asked his name so I could come back and tip him. I am in the service industry and it's been rough during covid. When he brought back my very clean floor mats, I gave him the $20 bill as a tip and he was thankful. I believe he deserved it because even though earlier I wasn't able to leave him a tip on my credit card, Chad (GM) still continued to give me top notch service no matter what. So I decided to give him that. I appreciate his hospitality. read more

The owner and manager should be reviewed by the corporate headquarters, and then relinquished of this car wash. He is a real bad representation of Fullers. He is a real jerk. And that is saying it nicely. After a six car pile up in the car wash due to who knows what six customers asked for the manager to come review all the damage to everyone's bumpers. He came and and said he was the F$&@";!? Manager and he wasn't going to do a F)&&@"!? Thing and told the other fella the to get back to work and left. If there is any damage that happens at this carwash they will treat you like garbage and do nothing, no remorse or even sorry. If you or I ran our business like that we would be out of business. Fair warning, if you go in and something happens, you will be paying for repairs. Called the cops and they said they are there every week from customers complaints. The car wash was all right. I have a lot of watermarks on my car even though I got a spot Rinse. They also advertise on their website that they have car detailing but no one there could help me and when I did find somebody he said they do not offer that at that location. You couldn't find this out until after you already went through the car wash. read more

My insurance has been calling and emailing the owner for over a month and he has yet to respond. Don't go to this car wash! Their jets cracked my windshield. No customer service.
