Charged extra for oil because they said it took an additional quart. They're clearly ripping people off in addition to harassing customers after they're told to just do an oil change. I'll be going back: My friend went to the Lisle Car show and bought an Oil Change Cupon for $50 for me. I had my oil and filters changed and thought they were excellent in service and very nice and polite. I beleive they did a good job. The Grease Monkey team was fast and efficient, which I really appreciated during a short lunch hour. Customer service was exceptional! Marshall was the person who checked in my car. He was welcoming and professional, and made me feel like a valued customer. The price for the full synthetic oil change was $9 more than the last place I went, but they did a much better job of checking my fluids and filters, which was worth the extra cost. When I left I felt like my car was actually driving better. This will become my "go to" place for routine maintenance. read more

My hubby always drives out of his way (wayyy out of his way) to go to this location. Service has always been very friendly and quick. They send coupons via text and they have a rewards program, making them a very affordable place to go for car service. They have always done a great job with our oil changes and with recommending whatever else our cars may need, without being pushy. We will continue to go here. read more

I would not recommend this facility. After getting a synthetic oil change here, my car was leaking oil. I had to go to a mechanic which cost hundreds of dollars to repair the leak. Of course they denied any damages even though I did not bring my car to their facility in that condition. I will never return again. read more

We left feeling as if we had inconvenienced the person who met us and handled the transaction. Indifferent, curt to the point of being rude. If you're looking for any service work to get done to your vehicle, this is the spot. They offer awesome prices, always look for/add any discounts, and complete their services very fast. Have been coming here for about a year, and have gotten multiple systems in my f150 cleaned and / or replaced. Mr. Marshall Williams, the store manager, is very professional and always offers sound advice. For lack of better words, they aren't salesmen like you find at every other oil shop. He will be straight to the point with you and will only perform a service if he feels you need it, not because they are trying to make an extra buck. The people working here are very rude. I typically go to the mt. prospect location and they've always provided great and friendly service. At this location I began to drive up into the bay as I typically do without any problem, but the worker came out from the office motioning and yelling for me to stop and leave the car outside as if I was stupid for not knowing that and it was some huge bother to him. Any other time I've gotten an oil change anywhere, they tell you to drive your car into the bay. This place just sucks. Bad employees ruining a business' reputation. read more

Quick, friendly, efficient service. I needed my headlight bulb replaced and they had me ready to go in under 5 minutes.

Wouldn't even give one star if I could. I made an appointment at this location as my check engine light came on my car and I wanted to get it looked at before I was going to trade it in the next day. I pull up to the location and the two men there who didn't at all seem very friendly wouldn't let me pull into the bay. They waved at me frantically to stop my car before I pulled in to ask what I needed. I said I had an appointment to get my check engine light read. The man said oh no we don't have that machine anymore we haven't had that in quite some time. To which I responded then why would I be able to make an appointment online for this service if it's not even possible. They had no response for me. Huge waste of time. I sent an email to the person named Abby who's email I received when I made the appointment. I'm guessing she's the manager? Not sure but she didn't get back to me either. This location could care less about its customers. read more
