I am a new patient, have a very real fear of the dentist. So I had been hearing about Gasser Dental on billboards and on tv, and looked them up online. I saw that they offered iv sedation and was immediately interested. I've tried gas and pills before and the gas only gave me more anxiety and I hated the way it made me feel. The pill I was given honestly I didn't feel have any effect on me still panicking about the whole thing. So I decided to schedule a consultation. I walked in and was immediately greeted, and called back for my scan and treatment plan exam. I'm terrible with names but I believe her name was Julie she was so amazing, she made me feel so comfortable and comforted. I immediately felt safe, and at ease even though inside I was feeling overwhelmed. Dr Gasser popped in to say hi to me and said he would be with me shortly. Prior to this visit he also called me on the phone to get a better explanation of what my dental past has been. Which I found pleasantly surprised. He did his exam on me, came up with a plan and I left feeling almost looking forward to having my procedure done. Which I can say is never something I'd normally say. I felt welcomed, and I feel that they will take care of me and my needs. And it was just the consultation, I've never left a dental place feeling that way. I Highly recommend Dr. Gasser and the whole staff, I had implants put in on the bottom, I was so scared before I started this journey but they all made me comfortable and pain free, that's a no brainer I highly recommend if you are having dental issues you should take care of it and see Dr. Gasser.... I am so pleased with the outcome.... Now my uppers had a little more problems and I had to repair some of the bone before getting the permanents, that was a 2 year commitment on my part and their part, so for that period they were so kind and helpful and compassionate, it took a few procedures and a lot of waiting but here I am today with the most beautiful teeth.... I'm giving this place 3 stars as an average of the three visits I had there. The first was 5 stars all the way. Everyone was awesome to me , from the office staff to Dr. Gasser himself . Dr. Gasser reviewed my X-rays then did an exam . Then he explained the best course of action for me to be able to have a gorgeous set of (implanted) teeth. The last person I spoke with was the financial planner, and he was really kind and helpful. Before I left, I asked about the sign they have (or had) on the front counter that said, "Ask how to get $10." I hate to snitch, but they pay you $10 if you give them a 5 star review on Google. I did it because they deserved a 5 star review for the visit I had that day, and I would have rewarded them with 5 stars with out being bribed. But I also needed gas money. At the time, I had an incisor that was very loose after it was injured two decades earlier. I went back to see if the Dr. would be able to do something. He basically glued the loose tooth to its neighbors as a temporary solution. That visit was fine, but cost $500, which is an awfully high price for a temporary solution and adhesive. Two weeks later, my tooth came out anyway because the adhesive broke. I knew the adhesive was just temporary, so I didn't mind , but I did want to get the glue removed from the two teeth it was on. It was hard and uncomfortable. I asked if they could get the glue off my teeth, and made an appointment. Up until this point, the whole office had been super nice to me , so what happened next shocked me. I walked in, expecting the happy greeting I had received each time before, but instead, the front desk ladies just looked up at me and said nothing. I sat down but after a few minutes I asked if I was going to be seen. I was told, "Of course you're going to be seen! You need to wait until they are ready!" Her tone was rude and dismissive. I was then walked down the hall. I passed Dr. Gasser, who looked right at me, but did not acknowledge me. I was crushed. I feel silly writing this, but the Dr. and his staff was so kind when I was in there before, that I took it very personally when they all changed their attitudes towards me. Two women worked to remove the adhesive from my teeth. I asked what options I had, such as a single implant. The nurse told me, "You have no other options." That made me sad because I knew that one implant was possible and I took what she said to mean that the Doctor was not willing to work with me anymore. When they were done, they left the room without saying anything such as "thanks" or "have a good day ". I got up and walked out, looking around to see if anyone there was going to say something to me but no one did. After how nice every single person there had been to me the first two times I was there, it felt like I had been kicked in the stomach when I left that day. I was truly hurt. I admit I am too sensitive but I think anyone would feel that way when an entire staff treats you like a nobody who wasted their time. At this time, I can't afford to get the $32,000 top teeth only implants I was quoted, but as soon as my credit improves I had planned to get new teeth from Dr. Gasser. I don't know for sure, but since I didnt do anything wrong, I must assume that I was treated so poorly because they all know I wasn't able to get the implants. Would the entire staff be rude to me because they didn't see me as potential money anymore? I hope not, but I don't know what else could have caused them to be so mean to me. I had not even ratted them out yet for paying people to give them 5 star reviews. I will have money for dental implants soon, and I had chosen Dr. Gasser. But I am not sure anymore since getting treated badly during my last visit . read more

Fantastic in every way! The front desk employees, dental hygienists, dental technicians, patient care coordinator, and Dr. Gasser are all exceptional! I was blown away; I'd never had such a positive dental visit before. I'm usually nervous about coming to the dentist, but I was put at ease quickly after arriving. The Dr is nice and seems very knowledgeable and experienced, however he will run up the bill with various things and procedures not needed in order to extract every cent he could get out of you. I cannot say anything but good (great actually) about Dr. Gasser and his staff ... My case had many unforeseen problems and they were taken care of right away if not sooner to be honest ... Dr.Gasser had to make more than one trip back to his office to attend to a problem that was actually caused by the people in my Cardiologists office (Coumadin Clinic) which prompted and was the cause of excessive bleeding on two different occasions ... Dr Gasser worked late into the night to get the bleeding stopped and put several extra stitches in to keep there from being any more problems ... I took my time and did a lot of research before making the leap into the all on 4 procedure, am glad I did ... Anyone who knows me is painfully aware of how fearful (bordering on neurotic) I was of having dental work. I'm talking uncontrollable tears, shaking, and out of control. Enter Dr Gasser and his staff. I had to bite the bullet and have MAJOR dental work done, mostly to ensure good overall health (and a little vanity, I must admit). Just today, I received my final upper snap on dentures, and a couple of months ago, my final 4 on four bottom implants. I now have a smile that enters the room before I do and have gorgeous teeth. Dr Gasses is the greatest. He always made me fill at ease when I was going through the implant procedure. He will take all the time you need to explain the full procedure, and concerns. I had worn dentures for 26 years and lost a lot of bone and had a lot of thin skin covering what bone that was there but with as many years that Dr Gasser has been doing implant I had no doubt that he could make it work for me.
