This place was nice. I heard a lot of good things. I was excited for the 'N GRITS with shrimp, but…read morethe temperature was off. The shrimp was overcooked and rubbery. The grits were room temperature, when I expected them to be hot. The pork tenderloin was our other dish. The mashed potatoes were amazing! I have never had crispy spinach, quite reminiscent of seaweed. I could eat a bowl of them. The AUTUMN PORK TENDERLOIN was cooked well and very tasty. The Coquito Daydreamin' cocktail was yummy. Our server was very nice and attentive.

There is plenty of outdoor seating, however, we sat inside, at a table with a lovely view of the outdoor patio. The menu was vegetarian friendly, and many of the menu items can be made vegan. We started with the Fried Green Tomatoes, made vegan, and served with herbed ricotta and basil aioli on the side. We both ordered the Black Bean Sweet Potato Burger, one vegetarian with pimento cheese, and one vegan. Everything was prepared and served with care--the servers identified each dish as it came out, noting whether it was vegan, which is always appreciated. This was by far the best meal we had on this trip to Florida--every single bite of food at Floridian was an explosion of flavor. We saw a vegan coconut cake in the display but were too full to try it. Maybe next time!

Excellent service with a polite and understanding staff. We had reservations but when the hostess…read morewent to seat us at the table she thought she available for us, there was a woman seated there by herself, clearly done with dinner, drinking water and playing with her phone. Meanwhile, every table was full and they were people like us waiting. She sat there for an additional 20 minutes while we waited. Yet the staff refused to chase her off, mostly because they were worried about her giving them a bad review. It's a sad state of affairs when inconsiderate and rude guests overstay their welcome at the busiest time of the evening. We were eventually seated when she finally left and had good service and good food. Many thanks to the hostess for doing her best to satisfy us without annoying the other customer.

Being a group of seven it's hard to accommodate well and OC White's did it with grace and ease. We were seated right away. Our server was very attentive and amazing. We started out by ordering a drink, and they were very good. What we liked most is that they had a selection of a specialty drinks, which made our visit unique. They were all scrumptious. What was even better was our dinner. The fish tacos were very, very good. The fish was tender, and it was not covered with a bunch of batter. It was flaky well cooked and paired well with the mango salsa, served on top. The crabcakes and the clam chowder were all delicious. This is a place that I will revisit every time I come to Saint Augustine because they made seating easy. . . Something that is hard to find in this area. Oh, and they had a live guitar and singer outside, which was a super nice touch.

It's never mattered how busy it is the service is always laid back and great. Long wait? So what. Just go to the bar in the back. We've had tons of stuff on the menu. The oysters are something else though uggggghhhhhhh. Pic related. (Oh and they can pour a above average Guinness)

I'm truly mixed on my feelings, but I know that we did not come at the best time to truly rate this…read morerestaurant. It was the weekend before St. Paddy's and they were slammed. We got a table for a party of 5, and thankfully did not have to wait a long time. The service was fine and we did not have to wait for our server to come check on us between other tables. She was nice and on top of what we were ordering. My main issues: two of the drinks we ordered had flies/bugs in them. I'm talking 3-4 bugs in each drink. I'm not sure if they landed on the orange garnish that got put in our drinks or what, but it was not ideal. We swapped for another beverage and didn't have an issue. The other issue was the food itself. Thankfully everything came out really hot and pretty fast, but it was just super mediocre. The shepherd's pie was a bit lackluster and my husband said it was not seasoned/kind of tasteless. I'm sure it's just because of the busyness, but still disappointing. The party outside seemed super fun and everyone who was just drinking and standing for the music were happy. I would give it another chance, but absolutely not on a holiday adventure.
