My past experiences with buy here pay here places have been sub-par at best and I was a little sceptical about contacting them, but I am so glad I did. Alan is great to work with and more than fair. I found an SUV that was perfect for my needs a a second vehicleI, but it had a few minor issues. Most dealers especially BHPH places say it is strictly as is. Nope not Alan, he's going to fix those minor issues and hopefully I'll be in my new ride tomorrow. I just bought an F-150 from a major local car dealer and now I wish I'd found Alan before I bought from them. I highly recommend Dino Auto sales and when rating BHPH, they get 10 stars in my book, but alas I can only give 5. Oh, and he is in no way the cheesy, greesey, fast talking, trickster that you usually run into in this kind of dealership. He's not out to take advantage of the under-banked with less than stellar credit, he really enjoys what he does and honestly wants to help you get into a car, not just take your money. He doesn't even charge interest on the loan - NOBODY, does that.

Having to undertake a major repair with a shop we knew little about definitely made us a bit nervous, but from the very start Joe offered very competitive pricing and was very upfront about when he could get the work done. My son ended up having to leave the vehicle there and fly home and then go back a few weeks later for it while a used transmission was being shipped, but during that time Joe kept his car secure and even stored it inside as it was packed full. Even when there were some issues with the used transmission that we had sourced Joe worked with them on our behalf and got them to warranty it and send a different one. Today my son picked up the car and it runs beautifully. I can't thank the team at Elite enough for taking care of us, being trustworthy, affordable, and going above and beyond with awesome customer service!

These guys seem like excellent mechanics that know their stuff, and were able to get the water out of my engine cylinders. This place seems like a great shop if you have any weird, out-of-the-norm problems with your car; very confident they'd be able to figure it out and guide you through it, along with any common repairs. Thought about giving a 4 star because the final price was $250 instead of the original $200 estimate. Also, we had to follow up with an additional $40 fix a few days later relating to the spark plugs. Even with these minor pricing issues though, I would still have chosen this place because of their local professionaliam, and is the shop to go to if you need repairs from reliable mechanics not too far from downtown.

Our regular mechanic couldn't check it until Friday, but recommended Twins Auto. I contacted them and was told to come over so a mechanic could take a short drive with me to see what it might be. I called to say I arrived and was told to park. Someone would be out soon. Jerry came out and sat in the passenger seat. He started asking questions after I gave a description of the noise. He explained what he thought it was, and that it wasn't dangerous or harmful to drive. Then he walked around and looked at all the brakes which he said still looked new. He gave me a reasonable price to stop the noise if it was really bothersome, but said his car did it too, and it wasn't a problem. No pressure, no "man 'splaining", just a clear description and solution if I wanted. Knowledgeable and great customer service.

She said she goes to grease monkey, but I went to Jiffy Lube because they were closer to my home. I really really really wish I would've went to grease monkey. Half of the things I needed I didn't get at Jiffy Lube because the price was already 125 just for the oil change alone. But I needed an air filter and one of my headlights was out. It would've been an additional 70+ dollars for the air filter and the headlight in addition to the 125 I paid for the oil change. Had I gone to grease monkey not only would I have saved on the oil change, but I would've gotten my headlight done for free. That's what happened today. The headlight itself cost five dollars at Walmart and when I got to grease monkey since I had the part myself, they literally changed my headlight for free. I haven't been able to drive after dark for two weeks, but they have taken a huge relief off my shoulders. Not only that they topped off my fluids and zip tied my bumper which was falling down in one area. Again, all for free. I really really really wish I would've went to them sooner because Alex, who is amazing for an 18-year-old, and Cadence were super friendly and very informative. Actually, everyone was but I wouldn't have been able to remember all of their names lol but I specifically wanted to shout out Alex and Cadence.
