I used to go to this place since day one. It was great, until now. There's a lot of new barber's here now who aren't the best and I've had a few people tell me how they messed up their cut. The original guys there seem to be good though. Personally, I used to only get cut by a certain barber all the time, but he ended up leaving the place. When I came in one day I asked for him but they told me was gone and had another guy cut me. After reviewing my cut I asked him why something looked a little off to me (since it wasn't done usually like my barber used to do) and he got all mad and embarrassed me in front of all the other barbers and customers saying, "Oh he's just mad cuz so and so didn't cut it." He didn't need to say that and that really disappointed me. I'll never be going back here as I've found a new spot and don't need to give my money to rude people who can't handle criticism. Also as a heads up, expect to wait long hours, I averaged about 1.5 hours every visit. read more

Just moved here and needed a good barber shop, and I definitely found it! The barbers take pride in their work and are very friendly, greeting everyone who walks in no matter if they are already with a customer or not. The environment in this barbershop is very friendly. Every worker seems to know how to cut especially with fades! The prices are not bad $18 for a haircut and with the time and patience they take on you, it's worth the wait. Definitely coming back! read more

Great crew, takes their time to deliver a good cut. They don't rush so you may have to wait but it's well worth it.

OK I gave this place a fair shot but I just give up. First time I went I got a really good beard trim. So I went back and they guy who cut my beard wasn't there so I got a different guy which didn't listen to anything I said and did what he wanted and took a ton off my beard and used clippers when I said use scissors. Went another time and got a different guy and he attempted to do what the first guy did but cut each side of my beard at a different angle. This is their only job... This is it guys and they can't even follow directions or just cut at the same angle. I will be finding a new place to go from now on. This place is always busy and has regulars which means maybe they put in more effort to some people and rush through others. Only rating a 2 star based on my first cut from a guy who doesn't work there anymore. read more

I have been a regular since this place opened. It is unfortunate that they would treat me so poorly. I stopped by earlier today and they were very busy. I came back a couple of hours later and the were two people in front of me with 3 barbers. One barber joked it would be an hour. He said he was joking. I sat down with my iPad and put in my earphones and waited. After an hour, I noticed that they had taken someone before me. I thought it was a mistake and let it go. After that the next barber finished and called the next person from a list. I've been going there for a long time.... I was supposed to know everything changed and I was supposed to write my name on a list? I heard them tell the next person that can in about the list. They think it is fun to joke with me, but they can't tell me about the list? They have wasted a lot of my time in the past because of their poor service. I put up with it because they do a very good job at cutting a flat top. They are not wasting my time any longer. read more

Wow - these guys are amazing! Extremely well run shop that always seems to be busy! Couldn't ask for a better haircut - for myself and all 3 of my boys! I highly recommend this shop! These guys are excellent barbers! It's a comfortable, friendly atmosphere. They are efficient and skilled. I have two sons who go there on a regular basis and I'm always impressed with their fresh cuts. My youngest son has special needs and requires patience and extra effort. I go to this place regularly -- I walk in looking scrubby and walk out feeling fresh, they get as close as possible to making a white dude with glasses look good. I've never been to another barber shop where I can get my hair cut by any of the guys there, and end up looking just as good. I had one bad experience with a haircut that ended up shorter than I wanted, and the owner reached out to me and took care of it. The wait here is well worth it. read more

I got in line outside before they opened. Once they opened, I was the 6th person to sign in and I requested a certain barber. They had 4 guys working so I knew I was gonna wait for my turn. The guy I requested took a person before me that had signed in after me. I thought maybe he had an appointment but they don't do that. One of the other barbers saw me sitting for a while and asked if I was waiting for a certain guy and I said yes. I then watched the barber tell the guy I was requesting that I was next. Well he took another guy that was sitting in the back of the shop. Then after he was done with the guy he went to the back for 10 minutes and came back out only to read the sheet and call for another person that wasn't me. After waiting over two hours and being one of the first handful of people there I just got up and left. I don't know what that particular barber had against me but I won't be going back there. read more

These guys are truly the best in all of Gilbert. Excellent customer service, stellar work, and I always leave confident in their finished product. You can truly tell that they take pride in all the work that they do - that's what sold me. Their pride makes you trust the finished product.
