I rented a limousine from Gateway Limousine of Diamond Bar,CA on May 21, 2022 for my daughter's 13th birthday. When the limousine arrived at my location it was a very old and dirty limousine. I opened the door to put balloons inside and was SHOCKED at how filthy and old the limousine was. The carpet and seats were dirty and coming apart,there was dog hair on the carpet floor and a busted overhead light inside the limousine. I was so embarrassed for my daughter. I spoke to the driver about my concerns and showed her,but she just shrugged her shoulders and said"Well,what do you expect it's old". The ride in this filthy, old falling apart crap cost $320 per hour. I beg you PLEASE do not rent a limousine from GATEWAY LIMOUSINE of DIAMOND BAR !!! The driver showed no regret nor did she try to make the situation better. I will be suing to get my money back. Again DO NOT RENT from GATEWAY LIMOUSINE!!!!! read more

Ok, all my guests was waitting outside of Club 19 in St Regis. What's missing ? There is no H2 !!!. I called back to driver but no one pick up. My planner was very rush to find where eactly driver was. Finally my H2 is here. No married sign, no red carpet, no flowers outside of h2 even i booked wedding package. The craziest thing is that driver wants me to take out my credit card and sign in front of all the guests !!! St Regis all now know this company and will never recommend any wedding couples again. Rude, unprepared, no timing, no contact , driver totally unprofessional looking, no greeting, nothing, even there is no space for any luggage in the trunk. All trash !!! . Everyone is shock !!. Our driver was on time and very nice. And that's about all I can say in the positive category. As soon as we left our residence, the driver got lost and spent approximately 30 minutes trying to get on the freeway. He literally drove in circles lost, which was a huge waste of time we paid for. The a/c in the vehicle was not working and we told the driver. He told us not to worry, as it would get colder once we got on the freeway. Never got colder. Later on, our driver ran over a curb or center median at approximately 25-30 mph, tossing several women across the bus, one female hit the floor pretty hard. The crash caused the A/C to break and we were stuck for several hours sweating profusely due to the fact it was 90 degrees outside. The company said they would refund us $120 for our troubles, but made up a lie and said one of our guests vomited inside the vehicle, which was a flat out lie. Therefore, as an inconvenience for the A/C, they waived the $400 vomit clean up fee. What a joke. Very disappointed with the integrity of this company. To first off crash the bus, lose the a/c on a 90 degree day, and then lie about vomiting inside the vehicle to avoid a good refund. I highly recommend not using this company. One last thing, the bus was not clean at the beginning of our horrible journey. Not vacuumed and looked old a run down. Horrible experience to say the least! read more

Use gateway limo service again for Christmas party week ago Annie save me money for pick up and drop to hollywood. A great, reliable, friendly, and clean limo service. Gateway Limo is very professional and very punctual.I had an absolutely fantastic time while riding in the limousine. Our driver Eric extremely professional and very courteous. It was very easy to arrange the limo service and the driver arrived right on time and presented himself in a very professional manner. Best limousine company best driver. We used Gateway Limousine for my wedding transportation. They provided the most amazing service and made our day and night one to remember. Drive Annie were so patient and easy to work with and we forget flower in hotel and asking Annie to turn back to hotel but all my family was waiting for me at church so she was drive back to hotel alone to pick up for us by the time she came back to church just right timing everything just right on schedule. she was so nice made everything so smooth and worry free! Finally got a call back, and while still unsatisfied, I appreciate the company attempting to resolve this issue. They've agreed to refund 5% of the 10% charge from using a different credit card than the deposit was booked on. The driver said that he had told us there would be a charge to use a different card, but that he didn't know what it would be. I don't remember this, nor do any of the other 3 girls that were listening to him. Moral of the story, the limo gets you point a to point b. Not a wonderful limo experience, but good enough. MEMORIZE THE CONFIRMATION EMAIL. Seriously, it's long, but make sure you read it the whole way through. Instead of instructing their drivers to know information about their credit card charges, they insist you should know better. Use this service at your own risk. But if you do, definitely understand all the hidden ways they can charge you after the fact. read more

I had such a good experience here, I was very pleased, they were soo nice and friendly and on time which made me soo happy, bonus I got an amazing rate on my limo service! My boyfriends sister lost her earing in the car and I was able to text her and she responded right away that she found the earing! Also they responded to my emails very quickly! This past week and I rented the black party bus that sits 20 people and had the time of my life. I was worried about the previous yelp reviews and talked with Anita the lady that picks up the phone and she assured me that everything would be fine. This was the first time I used a party bus for homecoming and it was a positive experience for all of my friends, we were promptly picked up on time, there were drinks ready for us, the bus was clean and fun, and we got to our destinations on time. Having to leave certain valuable items on the bus as we couldn't take them with us, was not a worry because we found nothing missing after our absence.
