No. But take a drive up and down Main Street and find one that is. I used (and was abused by) no fewer than three service companies along Main Street before I found AZ RV Supercenter. One company (just to the east of them) repaired my generator to gas tank connection only to leave me stranded just hours later leaking gas in a Costco parking lot. One charged me so much for minor repairs I had to take out a second mortgage on my home and get a part time job. Is it sometimes hard to get a hold of the service department? Yes. Are they always exactly on time to complete the work? No. But the mechanical world of RV's and coaches is as unpredictable as any industry and the more thorough they are, the more time it takes to handle concerns. The more time it takes to handle my concern, the more your concern is pushed out into the future and vice versa. Above all those things I want honesty and fair pricing. I get that with these guys. I've learned to give RV service people a wide berth. I give 7-10 days longer for repairs than what I think I should allot and I have never been disappointed. I don't drop off my rig the week leading up to a holiday and I don't make unrealistic demands. I want them to be thorough and if, as is often the case, they find something wrong that wasn't part of the original issue I want it addressed for safety and peace of mind. Anna Marie runs the service department. You will recognize her as the one who gets things done. Nobody busts their butt more than that woman and it would be wise if you brought her flowers and/or chocolates routinely because she is so valuable to the process. Once, while at NASCAR, we blew a water pump on day one and had no idea what to do, so I called Anna Marie. She just happened to have a mobile unit working NASCAR and (although they were booked) within an hour she had the guy installing a new one in my rig. I expected to pay standard NASCAR gouging fees for the new water pump and they charged me what they would have charged if I would have brought it in to the shop. How's that for service? I have yet to deal with anyone who provides more honest service with similar pricing and I've been to a large handful over the years. Thank you Anna Marie and crew!

We rented a Winnebago Travato from The Camper Connection for a four-day camping trip to Patagonia…read moreLake, Arizona. We had a lovely time at this campsite. We picked up the van at a residential house in Apache Junction. The back yard was full of RVs. The representatives walked us through the van, pointed out the instruction manual, identified the significant body damage on the van, and said the propane/fuel were full. We started up the van and the fuel-tank was only ¾ fuel or 6 gallons short. We knocked on the door of the house and they said, "take a picture or we can go and fill it up." Because it was so late and we had a long drive ahead of us we left. On our drive to the park, we stopped to have dinner. We opened the microwave and it smelled dirty and gross. The smell never went away our entire time at the park. After dinner we used the toilet. When we flushed the toilet, it leaked at the base and on the wall by the shower hose. After arriving at the park, we backed into our spot, and hooked up the electric. The van was super easy to drive. It was 30 degrees so we turned on the heat to 60. The electric heat elements did not work, only the propane. After the heat was on for an hour, the propane went to a half a tank. In other words, it was never filled. We used the propane heat three nights and it never budged from the half way mark. We thought we would have to find a place to fill it as the electric heat did not work. The dishes were not clean and the bed mattress pads were full of blood stains on the underside. The sliding door bug screen was missing. We were so concerned about being responsible for the van's lack of cleanliness, (including smells), we went home a day early and cleaned the van at home before returning it the next morning. All and all, we would not rent from this company again as the four-day rental was over $1,500 and the van was not in $1,500 condition.

There were plenty of issues with it, which led to safety and performance concerns. We ended up returning it early due to the issues and they offered no refund despite the clear issues with the RV. I was also overcharged for the rental and am still trying to resolve that. We've had a ton of luck with renting RV's, this place just isn't it. I would recommend going directly to RV Share, their selection, pricing, and customer service is all better.

But most important of all, the bed was so comfortable. Why even rent a camper if you are not going to get good sleep? The bed was spacious, cozy and had high quality sheets so we slept very well. The kitchen is fully equipped, we cooked every meal for the trip. It really feels like home after a couple nights. The host was so helpful and they provided complete guidance to keep everything running smoothly. The hardware to hook up was top of the line and made it quick and easy to get set up and pack up. TV, speaker and awning with the light were the cherry on top for entertainment. It was an amazing weekend in Sedona!

We were able to book online which was so easy and make the process super quick when we arrived to pick it up. We got a call from Chad who let us know that we were confirmed and when to arrive to grab the unit. When we got there Chad walked us through the entire process and how to set it up once we got to our destination. Everything was great we had a great time it was so spacious and the AC worked great. Most of the Agreement details the responsibility and liability that the renter assumes, and the 772 words within sections 9 & 10 make it abundantly clear that it will not be a "stress free, convenient or comfortable" experience should anything go wrong. Even if, as in our case, problem was entirely due to Cruise America's failure to maintain the unit that caused the issue. And even though a simple solution was available (mechanic they sent to diagnose was at campsite with us & the nonfunctional generator and the part that needed to be replaced was just 20 minutes away & he was willing to install onsite) Cruise America would not authorize it to be delivered--despite my offer to pay for an Uber to pickup & deliver! Cruise America's admitted in writing that the company knows it's not true! The representative's exact words -- copied & pasted from his email response: "Our website messaging, including phrases such as "Peace of Mind" and "stress-free convenience," reflects the intended experience we strive to provide our customers. However, those statements are general marketing language and are not contractual guarantees." !!! Though we had zero use of the unit during our 7 day rental their final restitution was equal to just 1.5 days of the cost, with agreement not to claim for more. So this review is solely to warn renters that their advertising-by their own admission-is meaningless. This company is straight crap, our A/C in the cab is no longer and the bearing in the housing went…read moreout, went to use the overhead A/C straight crap, 5 people and 2 dogs left us stranded 12 hours thinking should we turn back and fry or push on, not to mention the door on the cabin area comes open on the highway, steering wheel is at three o'clock walking the dog down the highway, the generator intermittently works till I took the generator door off because it was heating the floor up where you couldn't even walk( yes I removed the generator door), no fire extinguisher as I was thinking we might have a fire because of the overwhelming heat from the generator. Well we made it to Missouri. Called Cruise America, the answer I got was go find a shop and get it fixed basically. No other RV within 250 miles. So their answer is well take it to Camping world to get the door fixed, then the next day get the A/C fixed with the steering wheel at 3 o'clock and fighting it to drive down the road and now I have to take it to Branson Coach in one day with the generator and the overhead A/C, and steering mind you this is our Vacation we have been put out of the RV because we can't stay in it. Cruise America has no care and now I have to take it everywhere to get it fixed. Just straight up crap they should be just put out of business, they are a so called "Cruise America" with no shops to fix it, I shouldn't have to beg to get the RV fixed now 2 days are going to be thrown away plus a whole week or so of not using it and I am supposed to Leave on Thursday, and now just stranded for over a week just sucks.
