Just note: when you call the phone number and no one picks up, your phone call drops so keep on trying until you get someone on the other side! But other than that one hiccup, Tyson came personally to do the free consultation at our home and to see what was really requested. We asked for the basics. No cable, install sound-bar and provide bracket. Tyson gave us the amount and he called his guys in who were around the area do another job to swing by in an hour! Amazing.
