Service: Re-keying the house we just purchased. We purchased a 1949 ranch in North Portland. It has four exterior doors with both original locks and dead bolts. We had keys for some of the doors, but not others. In addition, the front door lock was loose and difficult to use. Lance and Mike arrived on time. They quickly reviewed the situation and set to work. They replaced cylinders for the locks that didn't have keys and re-keyed all the locks to fit a single key. They supplied us with two masters and several copies. Not only were they fast and efficient, they also pointed out some potential safety issues with one door and they were able to adjust the front door lock so it works better.
