I had a pleasant time at Rene's Tire Shop! Great customer service. I had purchased some tires from an online site that delivered it to them. I had then gotten a text that said that my tires had arrived at the tire shop. A couple days go by and I tell them that I wasn't going to be able to go anytime soon due to some issues going on with my vehicle. Rene over the phone had told me that it wouldn't be an issue at all. That he was going to store them on the racks until I was ready. I then call him again to tell him that I wasn't going to be able to go anytime soon and he once again reassured me that it wouldn't be an issue and that he would just keep them stored away. The whole time he had a pleasant and positive attitude. The time comes to go and I call him and he says that I was more than welcomed to come right now to get my tires installed. I show up and I park, later on he tells me if I could move my vehicle because that was another business property and that they typically call a towing company or just yell at you to move it. I wanted to point this out because it shows that he cares and looks out for his customers. Anyways, when I show up it was pretty busy but when I walked in he had told me that it was going to be a while but that I was a for sure going to get my tires installed. Every time he would walk past me he would reassure me that my tires were going to be installed which I liked. I also noticed that he treated other customers nicely.
