This course is very unique and makes for a very fun round of golf! The clubhouse is lovely and is stocked with anything a golfer might need. There also a good variety of snacks and drinks as well! (Pro tip: their hot dogs are very good!) I absolutely loved the golf carts here! They all have touch screens and GPS technology. I was able to connect my phone via Bluetooth and stream my own music in the cart. Very, very cool experience! Would play again!

Went with my dad and boyfriend who are big golfers while on vacation! They said amazing greens, great fairways, beautiful views, one of the best maintained courses they have ever seen! The staff was so nice and they have good snacks and drinks! Hole 12 is spectacular and any golfer needs to play it once in your golf career!

Played yesterday on an absolutely beautiful TN day. The course is in good shape and should really green up soon. Greens have been over seeded so they are a little long. Should smooth out well once the warmer weather and they mow them shorter. All in all a good course and the difference in front and back are evident. Live and play course in Florida and flat is what I am used to but loved some of the shots required at Bent Creek. Always play here when we are up here in Gatlinburg.

The good: Course layout offers some amazing views. The 12th hole in particular is an amazing view and a fun hole. The electric golf carts were very nice, they would even slow themselves down when going down hills, which was cool since there are a lot of elevation changes. The bad: Through the first few holes the course is very well maintained. After that the tee boxes are really destroyed on all par 3s and par 4s that could require an iron or hybrid off the tee. It also just rained very hard two days before we played here, it was still cart path only but then the rangers were coming out and our groups cart was getting notifications about being behind the place of play which was very annoying. If you book a tee time for only 2 people you will be paired with 2 others, which isn't really what you want especially when the green fees are $75 a person. Price wise, I don't think it's worth $75. We play more well maintained course back in Ohio for $50 per person. Overall it was still fun, we made the best out of it. Would maybe come back.

We had a great time at Gatlinburg Golf Course. I'm not the golfer, my husband is, but he was happy. It was worth the money for a good day. The only complaint was that the people in front of us played really slow. It did not appear that the golf course monitored/patrolled that.

We booked two for golf and when we got there we were paired with two singles. That was a little surprise and took some fun out of it. The course itself is very unique and fun to play. There were lots of hills and beautiful views of the mountains. As others commented, the grounds care leaves some to be desired. The weeds were thick in the rough. It seems simple weed spraying and watering would make the grass better. They only allowed carts on the path so be prepared for lots of walking up and down hills. That was not ideal in the heat. If they had better turf care I would have given it five stars.

The elevation changes provide for some challenges, but does make it difficult to know where the players are in front of you.

Our kids loved the sea and mermaid theme. There's also an outdoor course that is pirate themed. There are several fun photo ops along the course. The space was colorful, clean and well maintained. I had to give up actually playing putt putt since I was keeping up with the kiddos, but the rest of my family really enjoyed the course. I loved that they had a very accessible restroom for those with kids. One of the stalls in the women's restroom had a changing table and a kid's potty seat! (Hopefully the same is available on the men's side.) My only recommendation for them would be to offer a step ladder for kids to reach the sinks and paper towels as an option for hand drying. Plenty of free parking, too!

The decorations are bland as the inside 18 holes is basically just a warehouse with painted fish hanging from the ceiling. The outside/upstairs 18 holes is slightly better with decorations, but the sound effects are on a 30 second loop. Hearing the same recording over and over again while playing gets old fast. Not on par with something like a Pirates Cove mini golf. In my opinion, there are better ones in the area.

We didn't see any clerks or staff until we checked out. There was a line to check out, but the line moved quickly. The shirts seemed good quality and I could not decide on a color, so I got the same shirt in several colors. They carry athletic shoes and lots of colorful backpacks. The kid's store is in a separate storefront in the mall. We went there first by accident because the signs do not tell you that the kid's store is for kid's. Parking is limited and tight. As Silver Elite members, we reserved a standard room with queen beds but were instead assigned a handicap-accessible room that we did not request. While we initially chose to make the best of the situation, the most significant issue occurred later that evening. After returning from dinner around midnight, we showered and went to bed. Around 1:00 a.m., the air conditioning unit began making an extremely loud banging and rattling noise that repeatedly woke us up. We contacted the front desk, and an employee came to inspect the unit. However, we were informed that there were no available rooms and that the only solution was to turn the air conditioning off completely because the noise would continue if it remained running. This placed our family in an unacceptable situation. We were forced to choose between enduring the constant loud banging throughout the night or sleeping in a warm room without air conditioning. This was especially concerning because both of our children have asthma, and maintaining a comfortable sleeping environment is important for their health and well-being. With no alternative room available and no other solution offered, we spent the night in conditions that were both uncomfortable and concerning for our family. The following morning, I requested to speak with management regarding the situation. Unfortunately, no meaningful resolution was provided. In fact, the individual presented as a manager was later identified as the housekeeping manager rather than the hotel's general manager. The hotel offered complimentary breakfast and to waive our $15 parking fee. While we appreciate those gestures, they were not adequate compensation for being assigned the wrong room type, enduring a significant maintenance issue that disrupted our sleep, and being left without a functioning air conditioning unit for the night. Additionally, we were disappointed by the lack of proactive communication and follow-up regarding the issue. At no point were we contacted after reporting the problem to ensure our concerns had been addressed or to discuss any reasonable accommodation for the inconvenience we experienced. As loyal guests, we expected a higher level of customer service and accountability. We selected this hotel expecting a comfortable and enjoyable stay, especially as loyal IHG Silver Elite members. Instead, our first night was marked by inconvenience, discomfort, lack of sleep, and a failure to properly address a serious room issue. We believe this experience fell well below the standards we have come to expect from the Holiday Inn and IHG brands. We are requesting that this matter be reviewed and that appropriate compensation be provided for the significant disruption to our stay. We hope Holiday Inn will take the necessary steps to address this situation, prevent similar occurrences for future guests, and restore our confidence in the brand moving forward
