After reviewing the situation, I believe the report contained false information related to Jeff Wilks and Katie Wilks. When I contacted the shop to ask about the situation and attempt to resolve the issue, Jeff Wilks was extremely rude on the phone and repeatedly hung up instead of addressing the concerns professionally. Because of the seriousness of what occurred, this matter is now being addressed legally, and the individuals involved will be named in a lawsuit. I strongly encourage others to document everything carefully when dealing with this location. Extremely disappointing experience.
