We decided to eat here while visiting family. My son is a huge fan of the Brazilian steakhouse concept and was very excited to eat here. The staff were super friendly and really made the experience that much better. They offer the typical salad bar which had many different kinds of salads and even sushi. I really liked their shrimp cocktail. There were other hot items, but I stuck with the cold ones. The meat that they brought around was also really good. My favorite was the leg of lamb and lamb chops. The lamb chops were exceptionally great because they were perfectly cooked and had a nice grilled taste. The other meats were also good, especially the garlic fillet I enjoyed the pineapple for dessert, which was a great finish to such a heavy meal. read more

Oh, it was so good! You go for the meats, which are excellent, but the "salad" bar also shines. I put it in quotes because it is way more than a salad bar. Rice, beans, mashed potatoes, shrimp, seafood salad, etc. And if you have room for dessert, try the papaya mousse. Light, tasty, and huge (my husband and I shared one). We liked it, I came with the family as we were craving some meat ( enough seafood already at Myrtle Beach ). You can't go wrong with all you can eat steak buffets!! Compared to most Brazilian steakhouses the prices here were very reasonable. Kids paid half :). People were incredibly friendly and the place was small and cozy. Sorry that there are no more pictures but I was so distracted eating that barely had a chance to take pics. Came here with my sister for my birthday while visiting Myrtle beach. We chose this place due to the good reviews and it did not disappoint. Our 2nd Brazilian steakhouse that we've been to. Honestly I didn't eat much because I wasn't hungry but the things I ate were good. The brazilian lemonade was really good, first time trying it and I loved it. I did like the vibe, it is clean and good ambiance. Our server was lovely, she was very kind and attentive. I gave 4 because I would like to see variety of meat, sides, fruit and veggies. I also felt like we were being watched while eating, I don't know maybe people steal food so they monitor closely. Lastly, I guess they told my sister they do free treats for birthdays and asked us to pick what we wanted but they ended up charging us for it. Wow. This was our first time at a Brazilian steak house...and we were pleased. We made reservations and were seated immediately. The concept is simple. Servers walk around with meat on spits...you have a card with green and red sides. If you want meat, leave it on green. If you need a break, turn it to red. There is also a salad bar with plenty of other options as well. You can keep eating until you can't eat anymore. The servers and staff were all exceedingly pleasant. No real ambiance to speak of. Nothing that really stood out at least. They were awesome about keeping your drinks filled, clearing your table, and getting you new plates. There were alcoholic beverages available for a separate price, as well as coffees and desserts. All in all, it was a great experience. If you leave hungry, you failed yourself. My wife and I decided to try Gaucho's based solely on the reviews. Let me just say, I am so happy we did. Everything, I mean absolutely everything was absolutely amazing. The items on the bar were very fresh and the Salmon in caper sauce was delicious. The atmosphere is super chill and quiet enough that you can carry on a conversation without having to yell. The stars of the show though are the staff and the service. Top notch! Never been to Rioz, but if someone told it was better than Gaucho's, I believe I'd have to call BS on that nonsense! **One of the Best Brazilian Steakhouse Experiences!** This was one of the best Brazilian dining experiences I've had in a very long time. I'm from Dallas, where there are plenty of Brazilian steakhouses around DFW--I've been to most of them--and this place tops them all in terms of meat quality and service. Yes, the restaurant may not look as fancy as some others, but it more than makes up for it with exceptional meats and attentive service. Every cut we tried was tender, perfectly seasoned, and cooked to perfection--something that's surprisingly rare (no pun intended!). What also stood out was that they didn't skimp on the premium cuts. At most Brazilian steakhouses, you'll see servers pushing the less desirable meats more frequently, but here, the high-quality selections kept coming. I know it's hard to maintain consistency with tender meats, but today's meal was flawless--I've never been this lucky before! The salad bar might not be as extravagant as some high-end spots, but it's my favorite because it offers more seafood options than any other Brazilian restaurant I've visited. **One Small Complaint:** The cheese bread. The second biggest reason we love Brazilian steakhouses is for the pão de queijo, but here, it was my least favorite item. The bread was hard and lacked flavor. After comparing this restaurant to Rioz, the other churrascaría, we are EXTREMELY PLEASED AND IMPRESSED. Gaucho's is 10/10. The food is amazing. The seasoning is 10/10, the meat is not burnt. You need to try all their cuts of picaña. ALL the lamb cuts are very well seasoned. The service is "homey" and great. We will be back and make this our go-to churrascaria for now on. The MAIN differences between Rioz and Gaucho's is that Rioz is "boujee" with the upscale aesthetic. Gaucho's on the other hand has Brazilian juices/aguas frescas! In Myrtle on a golf trip with the boys and decided to try Gauchos. Some in the group had never visited a churrascaria - everyone left happy. All meats were superb, with an impressive variety. The 'sides' bar was diverse and ample, though perhaps not as fancy as some of the high-end Brazilian steakhouses, but the quality of food was good and well prepared. Something for everyone. The salad bar has a lot of options; the crab salad is my favorite, and it was delicious. We were so full with all the food that we did not order dessert even though it looked delicious; maybe for another occasion. Anyways, we did order a coffee with Baileys, and it was just like how I imagine. Delicious. The price was very inexpensive compared to other Brazilian steakhouses. The place was clean and a friendly environment. This restaurant made our trip from North Carolina to South Carolina worth it. Our server did not understand English very well. Our drink orders were mixed up. He brought the wrong beer. He brought the wrong tea and he brought a mixed drink for me and I don't drink alcohol because I have a head injury and my drink had alcohol. Also two of us did not order the meat special just the salad bar and he charged us for the whole experience. We had to have the manager to come over to explain, and it was supposed to be taken off our bill however, when my credit card statement came, we were charged for the full amount. I just think the inexperienced that he had and his lack of our language he should've had somebody assisting him. It was kind of unfair to him and to our table, I'm not sure if anyone else had a problem that evening, but serving alcohol to someone who doesn't drink it was kinda hard to tell at first because the drink was a lemonade which I thought was a plain lemonade, but it had alcohol in it.
