The service was very good - we had Fabiola as our server and she was very good. The croquetas for an Argentinian restaurant was good as the empanadas. I ordered the skirt steak medium with white rice and French fries. The meat was a bit chewy and the rice was made very Cuban style and not Argentina style, the French fries yet were very crunch and hot when served. It used to be a good place to eat with great service. Have been going there for years. Went yesterday and the service was horrible. When we got there (group of 5 people) there were only 2 tables taken. While we were eating we remained the only table at the restaurant. The servers were by the cash register talking, will not come to the table to pick up the plates, mind you we were in a table for 4 people. I had to clear the table a few times and take the plates to the register. Unless we called them for more water or a spoon to get the fruit from the bottom of the sangria jar we won't see them but tip is automatically added to the bill despite the horrendous service. We visited Gauchos Gourmet on 7/18/2025 we were greater at the door and was told to seat were ever we liked. Then Faviola came and gave us the menus and explained it in detail, we were recommended a bottle of wine that was great and affordable, when the food came that's when the magic begun, the side were amazing but the steaks were perfectly cooked and very flavorful they brought chimichury but quite frankly it did need anything. We will difinitly will be back. Also the selections of wine is impressive wall to wall. Try it you won't be disappointed read more

I literally spit out my first bite of nothing but fat. I warmed it up in the microwave thinking it would make a difference and it was still inedible. I have visited this restaurant many times before and the ambiance is very nice and the ladies are beyond sweet and welcoming. Today for the first time I took my laptop and figured I can read emails or something while I slowed down to eat my bagel. I asked one lady that was dressed in a different color uniform then the other staff, to please share the wifi password. 1: I don't recall a restaurant that doesn't have a wifi for their customers. 2:, she said it was not for non customers. I just spent nearly $15 plus $3 tip to eat a smoked salmon bagel. I didn't just walk in off the street to ask for a wifi password. 3: AND to me this was the most uncomfortable, was the dry, poker face, I just offended her type of attitude. As an entrepreneur I often have meetups with my clients at a cafe or restaurant the likes of Gaucho. Rest assured that I will not be coming back or inviting any of my clients to be treated so poorly. Overall it's my opinion that not having the courtesy to provide wifi for the customers, it's bad business practice. Let it be known that it was 11 ish in the morning and there was maybe two other tables with a solo customer, and a group of three ladies at another table. 95% of the tables were not occupied nor was there any other customer coming in at that time. Please consider revising your policy for the sake of your business success. Especially the unwarranted attitude really turns me away from repeat business. I just read a few of the reviews and it seems to be a pattern of people being treated rudely. Very sad read more

By far, my favorite place every time I visit Miami. Best wines selection, and not only, also huge! Ask the managers for suggestions, they will find the best fit upon your pairing and along the price you are willing to pay, they are fantastic people! Food is amazing and fit perfect for any occasion. Favorites include, but not limited too: Capresse Empanada, Entraña and/or short rib (Get the sweet potatoes and tostones for your sides) and provoletta! Not only did this place satisfy my food craving, it surpassed my expectation . I order espresso and coffee that I accompanied with chicken , beef, beef with olives , spinach and cheese , caprese ( cheese and basil) and 4 cheese empanadas; with a side of chimichurri and hot sauce . When I say not one empanada was bad I mean it , all the ingredients were so fresh and the service was great ! I'm not a chicken lover but the chicken , beer with olives were my absolute favorite . They had outside seating with which a nice touch but I really think an evening here with wine and empanadas would be perfect with beautiful inside or outside seating .
