He did warn me before hand that three lumpy areas in my hallway carpeting would not disappear with the cleaning, though. However, he explained that they also offer a carpet re-stretching service that would fix the problem. That re-stretching occurred today, by Buddy plus his "carpet guy," and the hallway carpeting is now entirely smooth over its entire length. Was a somewhat involved job because of interfaces with bedroom carpeting in two places, plus sliding pantry door panels on one side. But it was worth every penny; Beale's carpet guy had the specialized tools and all important experience to make the carpet re-stretching come out great.

Juan was the technician who came out today and he was friendly, punctual (including a phone call to let me know he was on the way) and represented his employers SO WELL! He explained everything about the company services before he began. I had all of the carpet in the house cleaned, three bedrooms, an office and a large hallway, as well as a complete cleaning of our sectional couch. Juan pretreated the carpets with a special solution (we have two senior doggos) and then steam cleaned the carpet making it look almost brand new! The stairs are so exceptional I can't believe I didn't get brand new carpet today! Our sectional couch is only about a year old but I wanted to keep it looking fresh and I am amazed what Juan achieved with the careful and diligent work that he put into cleaning each and every side of the furniture. He disassembled the sectional so all pieces could be cleaned on all sides. It looks incredible! We had someone come out with carpet samples and to measure for a quote…read more -The quote provided indicated that the square footage was much higher than the other two companies we ended up getting quotes from and since the charge is per square foot it added a ton to the total. -I noticed that the quote included the cost to take out carpet in all rooms but there were two rooms that had no carpet to be taken out. -We asked for help picking a carpet to install and it turns out the one recommended does not meet any of our needs and would have been a big problem. -Then he said the carpet would be ordered and could be installed the next week since we were in a rush. 5 days later he hadn't ordered the carpet and we started shopping other companies. -The quote said that if we are talking to any companies let them know since they would beat or match reasonable competitive quotes but once I mentioned we were shopping around the guy stopped responding and I'm glad he did so we didn't get stuck overpaying for a carpet that isn't right for us

The moment I explained that I smelled dog urine in the carpet, he immediately dismissed me, repeatedly telling me he'd "been doing this for 30 years" instead of actually listening to what I was saying. The most disturbing part of the visit was that he eventually stopped speaking to me entirely and directed his attention only to the man who was with me. He even walked away from me in the middle of our conversation. I left feeling belittled, ignored and treated as though my opinion didn't matter. Based on the way he interacted with me, I found his behavior toward me as a woman deeply disrespectful. He also wore his outside shoes throughout my home, insisted the issue was candle residue despite there being no candle wax, and then left before completing the job. The carpet issue was never resolved. If your first instinct when a customer raises a concern is to dismiss them, talk over them, ignore them and walk away without finishing the work, you have no business providing customer service. This was an appalling experience and I would strongly encourage others to look elsewhere.
