(my apologies for mapping to the old location). I like that he takes his time with patients, listens, answers questions & uses the diagrams & spine model for visual reference & education. Doc A. also showed me the MRI where the disc bulge is aggravating the one side more. He has a warm & calm vibe (but I'm a bit anxious today due to chronic pain, funky sleep, traffic & busy mind, so I struggled a lil this visit to match the calm frequency), but I def. left feeling optimistic & like I have someone supportive & caring in my corner. I like that Doc A. collaborates with me to try conservative tx. first, but is also open to explore trigger pt injections or other things in the future if needed. He's thorough, answered all my questions & is an excellent educator. I feel well informed. I'll start with PT first & go from there. He seems optimistic about my status but also prepared & able to try other things if needed. Thanks again & the staff in reception & the back are kind too. Without the faxes, I couldn't even schedule an appointment as a CASH patient. I finally called them to ask why I've waited well over a month just to get an appt and they say they have nothing & I have to try and get the dr to fax them again. Ridiculous! This place is so disorganized I won't bother to inconvenience my D.C. to fax them again. That ruined my confidence in this place. The level of patient care starts with the "Hello" on the other end of the phone. For that's they get one full star for answering the phone. Business must be great to turn away customers. The Doctor must not be that great if he has staff that can't get a patient in to see said doctor. When you deal with pain, your dealing with life and death. Don't go here. No words can describe what I just experienced on my visit with Dr. Charles Sanders! I've been…read moreexperiencing extreme stress and anxiety and I had a gut feeling that it was due to my central nervous system being stuck in fight or flight mode. Long story short, I got hit by a car a few years ago and this really put my body completely out of alignment, so much so that I was not able to access my body's natural ability to release emotions. All of these emotions have been stuck and stored in my CNS and I was in a full on panic mode 24/7 a day. Day 4 I called my insurance, they said nobody has submitted authorization for anything on your behalf. My insurance offered to call his office. They left a message. Still no call back or action. I have moved on to someone else who has the ability to follow through. They sure did bill my insurance for that visit that I got nothing out of though! Additionally I am perturbed by the onslaught of advertisements in his waiting room AND exam rooms for sexual enhancement and cosmetic treatments he offers. Perhaps his attention is too divided? I finally got the appointment after calling the office about a dozen times over many months. I finally got the epidural, and at the pointless follow up appointment somebody other than Dr Kim came in the room and rudely barked a bunch of questions at me and then left the room without making eye contact or introducing himself, or telling me that I'm free to go, that was the whole appointment. I still don't know who he was or what the point of the follow-up was, I never saw Dr Kim again. They sent me the wrong bill 6 months ago and I tried contacting their biller many times to speak to them about the bill. I can't get ahold of them on the phone, and I get zero responses to emails. They continue to send me the wrong bill every couple of months, and every time I try to contact them with no response. Finally after 6 months and many attempts at contacting them, I got a response saying: We're working on it and every time you contact us you get bumped to the back of the line so stop contacting us. But they keep sending me the wrong bill! The procedure occurred nearly a year ago and this is still not resolved.

Is it normal for a doctor's office to never answer the phone? Even the designated texting number for appointments doesn't work. I've tried texting, but no one ever responds. So, am I supposed to physically go there just to make an appointment? Imagine living far away and having a busy schedule--how is that even feasible? There was a young girl, who I believe is a newbie MA, and she was trying to draw my blood. She seemed really nervous about it, and honestly, I could tell something wasn't right. As I watched her, she actually yelled at me to look away, saying that if I was looking at her, she couldn't focus. I asked to have someone else do it, of course she gave me a rude attitude and walked away grumpily. It was such an unprofessional and uncomfortable experience. There're a lots problem for me with this office during the time I were patients here but the last visit was the final straw for me. I went in, polite as can be, to ask about my blood results and to request a copy of my chest X-ray. The receptionist barely acknowledged me and acted so condescending. When I asked about the blood results, she just muttered, "Normal," without even looking at me. It was shocking how rude she was. I've since moved myself and my family to another clinic, and I've been telling everyone I know to do the same if they're experiencing the same frustrations. I've even helped some people switch doctors. This place has been the worst experience for me, and I wouldn't wish it on anyone. Please, avoid this office if you can and find a better option! Extremely poor customer service, unprofessional and uneducated medical assistants, and rude behavior from both the doctor and staff. I know the office staff probably never reads feedback, which is why they continue to operate this way after so long.
