    Margarita!

A local gay hotel with a cozy bar open to the public gays. It's on the corner up northwest away from the main touristy area of South Beach. On the weekdays there are more local clientele since the drinks are well made and worth the price especially with their Happy Hour deals daily from 5-7! Margs are fab here!! I came here on a Thursday night to play some bingo and have a more low key night. It's free to play and they do a few rounds with prizes of drinks or shots. Overall, I had a great time at this watering hole and will visit back!

Karaoke is the BEST I've experienced in a long time!!

I haven't had this much fun in a LONG time as I did on karaoke night on Monday. I was staying in the heart of South Beach, and the craziness was just starting to die down. I should've stayed at this hotel. This bar was more at home to me than anywhere in South Beach. Due to the Covid, all bars back in Los Angeles were closed for over a year, including karaoke bars. This bar was filled with good people, and fun people just looking to have a good time. Last night was like a breath of fresh air. I felt so free! I honestly can't give this place enough stars. The cocktails are also good and pretty reasonable, and the bartenders are very accommodating. I'd move to Miami just for this bar!

I'm so happy that I found this charm of lovely Gay my hotel through Southwest Vacation Package. Literally the best Hotel in South Beach Miami. What more could you ask for!! Highly recommend and would stay here again and again!!

I was in town a few weeks ago to get some sun and warm up for a few days. I was told by a friend to check this place out while I was around. It was a nice, quiet space, where it seems a lot of locals go. Its in one of those hotels that seem to be popping up all over south beach, revived old buildings turned into boutique hotels. This one however is gay oriented. Everyone was very friendly, but it was a rather slow night during the week. Still it was a nice space to have a good cocktail and not just grab a vodka soda while music is blaring. I would recommend this place for meeting up with a date for drinks, friends for a conversation, or just to relax and enjoy your surroundings.

Less than an hour before the show, I received a cancellation notice while I was already on my way. At that point, reservations had been made, plans were set, and there was virtually no time to make alternative arrangements. I understand that unexpected situations happen, but canceling an event with such little notice shows a complete lack of consideration for your customers. People plan birthdays, celebrations, and nights out around these shows. What I expected to be the highlight of my birthday ended up being a frustrating and disappointing experience. The show may have been canceled, but what was most disappointing was the lack of professionalism in how it was handled.

There's an intense dynamic of action throughout this joint- upstairs and downstairs. There's professional performers on the center bar top. Walk to the back and there's another live performance complete with more dancers and singing with a dance floor at the stage. What's upstairs? There is DJ dancing - popular high energy music. The drinks are definitely expensive, but that is to be expected in South Beach. The only complaint is the bartenders I visited on the bottom floor to the left bar in the back and upstairs in the DJ room looked like they did not want to be there. Perhaps, this place is too wild for a continuous eight hour shift? Who knows. The jovial atmosphere in this place makes you forget quickly though. I think I stayed here until 2am dancing my ass off. I had a colorful evening and would definitely return! - maybe the dinner and show experience?

Then, when I received my bill, there was an additional $0.25 'health insurance' charge. The amount isn't the issue--it's the principle. Costs like employee health insurance should be built into prices, not added as surprise fees. To make matters worse, when I asked about the charge, the server couldn't explain what it was or why it was being added, so I left with more questions than answers. Between the cover charge, unexpected fees, and lack of transparency, the whole experience felt like a tourist trap. Customers deserve clear pricing and straightforward explanations of any charges before they're added to the bill.

The space feels like a lush, night-sky jungle perched high above the city. With a DJ laying down mellow bass grooves and the Miami skyline fully lit, it was the perfect backdrop to just lean back and vibe. The crowd didn't get the memo that it was the start of the work week; the social scene was out in full force, dressed for a Saturday night and parading through the garden. It's exactly the kind of high-energy, stylish ambiance you want from a Miami rooftop. We stayed off-menu for the drinks but were excellently taken care of. We went through several rounds of Lalo Ranch Waters with Tajín--crisp, clean, and exactly what the night called for. Whether you're looking for a low-key escape or a front-row seat to the city's social energy, this is the spot. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I coordinated ahead of time with the night manager regarding a prix fixe menu that included drinks for our group of 20 ladies. When we arrived, there was unfortunately some confusion. From our prior conversations, I don't recall it being explained that it would be more of a sit-and-stand dinner setup. The space itself was beautiful, but it felt more suited for cocktails rather than a seated dinner for a large group. We were offered another option at the Tea Room on the other side, which had more dining space. I will say the food was excellent--Asian tapas-style cuisine and everything we tried was very good. However, there still weren't enough seats for everyone, and two bridesmaids and I ended up standing for most of the dinner. They did eventually bring out two chairs, but by that point I was already a bit frustrated. Another challenge was communication with the staff. We were being charged for sparkling water when we had asked for regular water, which should have been included with our meal. I also had to remind them that our package included two drinks per person. The drinks came out slowly, while the food came out quickly. I understand accommodating a group of 20 can be challenging, and overall everything worked out with a few bumps along the way. That said, the food really was excellent. I would definitely come back but with a much smaller group or for a date night.
