I was in the city and decided to get my steps while the wifey was doing her shopping at Macy*s. Walking by I noticed this place by the lively look it had inside and decided to walk in to see what a smoke shop is all about. The employees where just as lively and welcoming explaining what products they had to there customers. Low and behold they also carry gift items as well as what other items are sold in smoke shop's. I noticed they also sell hookahs with the tobacco and other accessories it comes with and Decided buying one for decoration and when I get hankering have a smoke on the porch read more

Owner is very fun to converse with! Customer service is excellent, I'll be coming back soon!

If there was a time that a negative Star rating was a possibility towards an establishment doing business in San Francisco this should be the time... My fiancé and I moved into the area and decided to check Out Gazebo Smoke Shop while scoping out the neighborhood shops and restaurants. We discovered some cool items that we happily purchased but discovered when we got home that the people working behind the counter do a switch and bait regarding their pricing of merchandise. We dropped a good amount of money at this establishment that evening. We purchased two sets of hoodie tops and matching bottoms and were told verbally the cost of each items...when we were quoted the price we thought it was reasonable...so we trusted the sales associate behind the counter and made a cash payment for our transaction...low and behold when we went to wear our new garments I looked at the price tag and saw that the garments were priced lower than what the sales associate quoted us... The first thing that crossed my mind was how dishonest the sales associate was to us and how he made us feel like we were special "friends"...Let me tell you something...this really put a bad taste in my mouth... I will never ever trust this business and I will never ever spend another dime in this establishment! It's so true about..."BUYER BEWARE" when you walk into any of these Smoke Shops anywhere in the City of San Francisco let alone any Smoke Shop for that matter. Check the price tags and make sure that the price they quote you is actually the correct amount on the price tag and that they are being honest... To save you time & your hard earned money I would avoid patronizing this establishment! I would like to give this business a NEGATIVE STAR RATING!!! These guys are out to...RIP YOU OFF!!! read more

Great service great value. Would recommend it to anyone in this area. Have been long time customer.

Just picked up some last minute items! The staff is super helpful and accommodating. The have a large selection for all your needs.

Excellent selection! Had everything I needed :) the owner attended me, Saif, and he was a super cool guy. Highly recommend this smoke shop

I saw staff not wearing masks and allowing in customers who also weren't wearing masks. Don't go here unless you want to get Covid.

Little hole in the wall smoke shop. Get your crystal meth glass pipe or glass crack cocaine glass straw here. That is what their customers want so that is what they get. Variety of cigarettes. They have Djarums. Crappy neighborhood, Prepare to have some homeless assholes use the hood of your car like a sofa and scratch the hell out of it. For pot smokers they don't have very good pipes. Stcik with Pipe Dreams on Haight St. If you are eating Indian food on Jones St. and you really need a pipe or some nitrous or cigarettes then go here. It's a last resort. Some local residents think this store is pretty good, but that's just because they are rationalizing. The staff here is cool, you can bargain with them a bit. Prices are a tad high. I am going to give three stars because I am sure the owners and employees have to put up with a lot of BS. read more

The Gazebo harmoniously adds to the stench of the Tenderloin. There is something of pure beauty when looking at the black and white patterned brick walls, the sign with the hooka smoking black cats, the polluted ruffled fringe hanging above the sign... The Tenderloin would just not be the Tenderloin with out it. read more
