t this is a terrible place to shop! it is way over priced and they do not back up their products. I ve gone there on and off for vape juice and vape devices when I am desperate and in between a good source for vaping. I went in there 10 days ago to buy a disposable vape. The guy who sold it to me assured I would get 3,000 puffs out of this device. I only vape a few puffs in the morning and the end of the day. Pretty big shop and well organized. Stopping in for merely a pack of raw papers (1.99, 32 leaves, crutches included) and a pack of zig zag papers ($1.49) and a joint roller. The store owner made a mistake when we asked about the price of the joint roller, he ended up giving it to us for the lower price he had quoted, and discounting our whole purchase just because. Very nice gesture. I scanned the store a bit while I was there. There were at least 30 full sized hookahs on display. Hundreds of pipes, varying from glass to wood. Dozens of rolling papers. Charcoal for the hookahs. Disposable hookah pens, vape pens, electronic cigarettes, lighters, matches, incense, you name it they got it. Their selection here is huge. Went in the shop the other day for the first time and received no service. The guy working the counter ignored my friend and I for 15 minutes as I waited to buy ONE ITEM. He first helped a man who was buying a bong, then it was my turn... NOPE. He said he'd be right with me, and went over to one of his friends who was buying a hookah.. They stood there for 10 mins speaking a language unknown to me and finally the guy left. Then.. It was my turn? NOPE, Some guy walked in and was immediately assisted, he even noticed the rude demeanor of the worker and said, "why are you helping me? She was here first?" And he says, "uh.. Oh.. What.. Oh.. It's okay." And the customer said, "NO, She was here, help her." At that point I was completely uninterested, and decided to walk out and take my business elsewhere. I came in today just to browse and buy some shisha and coals for my hookah. The reason why I came to this place am instead of others is because the way the shop caught my eye. The bright lights, organization, and cleanliness made me see all what they offer very easily. They not only have an extremely wide variety of dozens of different flavors and brands of shisha and coals, they have tons of tobacco products ranging from hand rolled quality cigars to the popular rolling papers and cigarettes. Aside from tobacco, they have an extraordinary selection of glass pipes, water pipes, hookahs, etc. The designs and quality of the glass and hookahs are phenomenal, and I came across of hookah brand and charcoal brand called Flare (what I bought and am proudly using with beyond satisfaction) which put any coals to shame and the hookahs are amazing quality. And that's not all, the newest trend of smoking called vaping is also supplied by this location. The vast majority of juices, vapes, building materials and all things along is beyond amazing. To add onto this review, this location not only has some of the best pieces and best pricing, but the gentlemen they know there stuff. And when I say know there stuff, they know every single piece of inventory in the building.
