Great spot for coffee lovers, quite place, nice selection of sweets. Hot chocolate was outstanding. Staff should be more on front of the house and be more attentive. Kudos for the design guys. read more

"A Sheep in Wolf's Clothing."…read more Located in the Westfield UTC mall, Raised By Wolves appears from the front as a medicinal shop or apothecary, but as you enter you come to realize there is more than meets the eye. The shelves are lined with a wide selection of liquors and spirits and everything is tastefully placed. There is even a fun little gimmick: a secret revolving platform that takes you into the main bar. The bar features a beautiful central fountain space with the tables organized along the edges of the room. The room is dimly lit for an intimate mood, but it makes it really hard to see things in my opinion. Unfortunately this is where the curtains are drawn and we find it was a sheep masquerading as a wolf all along. Their cocktail menu was extensive. The drinks had clever names and interesting flavors, but none of them really wowed. The whiskey menu was one of their strengths, featuring a good selection of American, Japanese, and Scotch whiskeys. The service was excellent; our server was super helpful and very knowledgeable of the entire menu. Overall, RBW's strength is in their presentation and vibe, but falls a bit flat when it comes to flavor.

Unfortunately we have had to go visit more often over the past two weeks than we have liked but the staff has kept us at ease and made us feel comfortable. The hospital rooms were nice and fully updated with the newest technology (even a bed that will warn the staff when the patient gets up), ER has been extremely busy but the staff does their best to get you in and out as quickly as possible, and the urgent care is the same. This location has an extensive break room vending machine with a wide variety of drinks, snacks, and food options and they are very reasonably priced too. They also have a very nice cafeteria but it is only open during certain times throughout the day. Parking can be tough during the day but there are options (like free valet if you need). It's a great facility but what keeps us coming back is the staff!!!

Ambiance is upscale Mexican and I think it hits, at least for happy hour! Guac and salsa prices were too high for my liking ($13 and $10, respectively) especially as a happy hour item, but to each their own. Overall 4.5 stars rounded up to 5 with a $5 marg as the kicker to round up vs down (for guac and salsa prices).

Otherwise the meal was satisfying and the atmosphere was inviting and friendly. Would recommend for a solid breakfast in Chula Vista, shoutout Charlie for his service!

There is no ambiance really being that it's in the hospital, it is clean, spacious with lots of places to sit. One glance at top coffee spots in the area and we were sold on Malvia! We called an Uber to take us over. Once dropped off on Avenida Revolución we read in other reviews that the shop can be a challenge to find - but we are a persistent bunch and figured it out. Here are simple directions to locate it: find the gastropub La Justina on Revolucion and walk down the stairs to the left of it. Then proceed forward until you see the unmistakably unique and cute decor of Malvia on the left. There are several tables outside then the coffee bar space at the store front. All the drinks looked delightful and it was a tough decision to select just one drink. A friend opted for an iced drink with coconut and espresso, I chose the "Dorado" which featured turmeric. It was sumptuous and refreshing - with a gold appearance from the turmeric. The espresso was tasty and there was just the right amount of sweetness. Super refreshing and highly recommended. Service was kind and prices are super reasonable. The sitting area was unique too - there's other neat stores in the area and the temperature was nice since we were underground. Overall, Malvia was excellent and definitely worth checking out. Thanks for the memorable experience!

Malvia is about a shoe-boxed sized cafe in Zona Centro. There are several tables in the front with seating for probably around twenty. On the afternoon of a June day I visited and ordered an iced latte. It was 45 pesos and probably around twenty ounces. It was very delicious and I was happy to sip on it while I walked to Gastro Telefonica.
