James showed up late in the afternoon and was so quick that I didn't recognize who he was. I actually started to chase him away. I am so glad that I didn't. He was very good at communicating what he was going to do and how he was going to approach it. We offered to move some equipment but James already had a plan in motion. James did a fantastic job and was detailed in every aspect. He worked hard and double checked his work. What an enjoyable young man to have contributing to the project! Upon requesting a copy, they refused to issue a copy, "saying they are not a record keeping business." I believe it was the owner of the company who hung up on me. Very rude and very unprofessional. I am not sure how he is in business so far. I hope people will avoid him, Delta Surveying and take their business somewhere where they are respected.

The owner has his typical favorites (those who thrive off drama, gossip & are always running to complain to his office about the slightest inconvenience like how many plys the toilet paper should be)lighting is awful, technology and furniture is from the '90s (maybe late 80s), and let's not get started on the break room and restrooms. This establishment would easily make the top 5 worst places to work at in Round Rock, TX.

We hired ATS to inspect a gas line for a pool project. Their inspector came out and approved the…read moregas line, despite it not meeting city regulations. After tracking down the inspector, he denied responsibility and demanded he talk to our contractor vs tell me if my pipe was safe. The conversation ended by him hanging up on me by my questioning if we had an issue with our line, yet him already approving it. I then went to report the incident to his manager, who confirmed the pipe should not have been approved, and he would get back to me with what I needed to do. I followed up with him three times, and he's ignored every message. We paid for an inspection from ATS to know if our gas line was installed safely to have a tech approve an unsafe pipe, deny it, communicate unprofessionally, his boss ghost us, and after 3 weeks, we still do not know if our gas line is safe. Flagging for the city that ATS has approved an unsafe line and will not communicate nor follow up after multiple attempts.

I received another proposal for the same scope from Rittiman Surveying for $750 with a $150 Rush Charge. I sent a message to the Ash and Associates surveyor about the proposal. He stated that the estimate included drive time, office time, and site time. I could not see how this justified an estimate that was 3X what the other surveying company was proposing. In addition to the superb service they provided me, they have a top notched team who treats me like family. Everyone is very professional, respectful, and caring. One of the team member whom I've had the pleasure of working with over the years is Valerie Tillery. Valerie is very knowledgeable in real estate and property management. Whenever I have a question regarding my investment property, Valerie always responded quickly with clear answers to my questions. I've always felt that Valerie takes her time to make sure that any concerns or issues I have about my property is well addressed. Under her management, my rental property was never vacant for more than a week or two between tenants. That's just the time it takes for the crew to get the house ready for the next tenant. We usually have a new tenant signed a rental agreement before the old tenant moved out. My investment house have been cash flowing nicely since my purchase. I enjoyed working with Mars Hill Realty so much that I'm in the process of closing on another property in Georgetown, Texas for them to manage. Because Mars Hill Realty does not do business there. There's no property management that I trust more than Mars Hill Realty. In fact, it was Valerie who introduced me to the neighborhood that I'm buying my second investment home in.
