As a disabled veteran, wellness access and predictability matter to me. Instead of transparency or accommodation, I was met with silence and dismissal when I asked for clarification. No effort was made to work through the situation, respond meaningfully, or offer a fair resolution. This wasn't about special treatment - it was about basic communication, fairness, and respect. Unfortunately, those were lacking here. I would urge others to be cautious and to get all policies in writing before committing.

The receptionist always makes booking, rescheduling and checking in/out super easy. Before moving to Enfield I was getting waxed at nail salons that didn't follow proper hygiene protocol or waxing techniques. After my experience at Purele, I'll never go anywhere else.
