I had a very disappointing experience with a brow lamination service here. The technician skipped…read moreimportant steps in the process, which led to uneven gaps and an over-trimmed, choppy look. During the service, the wrap was repeatedly lifted while the solution was processing, and my brows were trimmed before setting both of which caused poor results. When I raised my concerns, the owner did not take responsibility and instead blamed the outcome on my brows rather than acknowledging the process errors. The handling of the situation felt dismissive and unprofessional. I paid $75 for a service that left my brows looking worse than before, and the way my concerns were brushed off was very frustrating. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business. They keep deleting my review and somehow yelp is allowing this so I have to keep re-reviewing to hopefully warn others of what could happen if you go here. Here are my befores and after photos. They are SO thin. She took all the hair off after I was growing them out for 3 months during quarantine. I will NEVER go back here again. The manager said that what I was asking for was very basic and simple and that way it wouldn't be a problem. Halfway through I was suffering in a lot of pain. I don't know exactly what they were doing to me, but when I went to the bathroom (which was broken) I was horrified at the image, staring back at me. I looked like a cheap prostitute. The eyelashes were so full and thick and nothing like the natural look I had showed them. I immediately went to the manager, and the owner was with her, and he tried to convince me that I looked great and better than the photo that I had shown him. He never apologized, and they made no attempt to reconcile the situation. When the job was finished, I insisted that I should not be paying for this because it was nothing like what I asked for and I had to really fight hard for that. The male owner was so intensely rude to me that I could not pay for this! I insisted that I should not have to pay to look like this, and he kept trying to convince me about how how much time and effort the worker put into me and that she deserved to be compensated. It was quite an argument, and I felt terrible about myself when I left. This business was completely unprofessional. I was treated so horribly. Not only was the service ugly, but the business aesthetic is akin to your local DMV. I was also forced to listen to an hour and a half news broadcast from President Trump at full-volume. Not exactly the relaxing service environment. Usually when you're getting your brows or lashes or hair done, you're in a beautiful location, listening to calm, peaceful music. Not aggressive, argumentative news!
