Unloading lift.

I used them to tow a knuckle boom lift. They knew how to release the brakes on the lift and loaded it expertly onto their flatbed. They know how to tow and their price is the most reasonable of any tow company that I called for the job. Thanks Gilmer and Jose!

The text from the Business requesting my remove this review

Waited 90 minutes for a tow. I called ahead and spoke to the dispatcher and sent them photos of my truck , per their request, to make sure they had all my information. They showed up. Demanded an additional $300 over what the insurance company who hired them to tow the truck would also send. They had accepted the tow from my insurance so I should not of had to pay them. The driver said that he didn't get any of the information that I had provided to dispatch. told me to call insurance and as I was doing as he instructed he drove away abandoning me with no explanation. I called dispatch and asked what was happening. They hung up on me. I called back and asked why we disconnected. He said he didn't want the job and hung up. I really wish that I had been rude or hostile or unreasonable at any time so I would feel that I would deserve this type of treatment, but unfortunately I wasn't. UPDATE: instead of apologizing for their poor service, they called several times and the then texted me the following day demanding that I removed this review. Seriously.

Edited review: A guy at the business called me after I posted my review of my experience with this company. He wasn't happy with the Yelp review I posted. After listening to him tell me how unprofessional I am for posting a review and him saying "f-ing this, and f-ing that," I told him that I would remove the previously posted commentary and just include the facts. I considered changing my rating to two stars, but decided I'd keep it at one star after being cussed at on the phone. The guys doing the towing were professional and nice. Service was quick and courteous (at the time of the tow). Pricing seemed very high to me. Towing a large truck, Ford F350 with a lift bed with 1/2 yard of soil Towed 8.1 miles from Daly City to San Francisco Charge of : $950.00 for the tow $295.00 for labor $250.00 for "special equipment"

Mr. Dubon and Mr. Walter were exceptionally prompt in towing my motorhome, whereas all other companies were either unwilling or significantly slower. They provided the best and most efficient service amazing value.

Great service! Fast friendly and fair. Speedy response and easy ride. Thank you so much!

Run away. Run away. These are bad guys. Quoted me $100 to $130 for a 4.1 mile tow. Then gave me a bill for $450. Real shady jerks.

We reached out to this business with this exact quote: 'Non emergency car tow, anytime within the next few days. About 9 miles within San Francisco. How much for rear wheel towing vs. flat bed. It's from one apt garage to another apt garage, the space is tight for both places'. The good: - The tow truck drivers were right on time for their appointment. - They managed to get our car out of the tight spot (although they had to push it) - Workers were friendly and tried to accommodate us the best they could The bad: - We were charged an additional $75 by the owner for 'additional labor required'. This was because the tow trucks could not get into either garage, and the workers had to push the car out/in to both garages. This was despite the fact that we provided the information on our quote request that it was one SF apartment garage to another, and the spot was tight. We also provided the clearance of the garages the early afternoon before the tow. You would think that professionals in these services would know if their trucks would be able to go into a garage after being provided the clearance, and also that they would check to see what kind of garage it was before providing a quote if the price would change. - Before scheduling an appointment (after being provided the quote), we also confirmed with the owner that there would be 'no hidden fees'. He assured us that he 'don't do business like that'. We were then charged an additional fee of roughly ~30% of the quote price. - We reached out to the owner after being charged additional fees. His responses were full of inconsistencies and odd answers. For example: - He told us he assumed that the garage would be a straight in and out. This was despite us telling him it was to/from an apartment garage in SF and tight spots (assumedly NOT straight in and out), and explaining the garage layout to his employee. He also did not think to clarify before the tow. - He told us that his workers should have reached out to him when it was a more complicated tow and there would be extra fees. Despite acknowledging that it was an error on his drivers for not reaching out, he did not refund the fee. - He texted us requesting more information about the garage the day before. At essentially the same time, his employee (the truck driver) called us and we provided a detailed explanation of the garage situation. His worker failed to relay this information to the owner. The owner blamed us for this, explaining that we should have called him and told him as well, even after we had provided all the requested information to his employee. Summary: Overall, we felt like we went above and beyond to provide all the required information to get an accurate quote. After a series of blunders that appear to be issues with communication by his employees, we ended up having to pay additional hidden fees (roughly 30% of the original quote). We even tried to clarify the situation with the owner after the tow, but he seemed disinterested in providing a refund for the additional fee. This was even after he told us that his employees did not follow the established procedure. Overall this felt a little suspicious and like bad business practice. Even if there were some communication issues with his employees, we felt that the business owner should have honored his word and refunded the fee after. Even with all information we provided and despite our protest, they stood firm on their price.

I calmly tried to explain the situation, but the man at the front window refused to listen, kept saying "pay, pay, pay," and slammed the window in my face twice. When the supervisor came out, he pretended nothing happened and then lied, claiming my card was declined -- even though he never took my card or attempted to charge it. On top of that, when I called their dispatcher, she hung up on me multiple times, showing zero professionalism or respect. To make matters worse, when the police showed up, they started siding with the tow company and lying too. Instead of helping, it felt like everyone was trying to corner me into paying money I didn't owe. This company is unprofessional, rude, dishonest, and manipulative. If you ever have to deal with them, record every interaction, bring all documentation, and protect yourself. They will try to take advantage of you if you're not careful.

Dude Where's My Car?…read more Parking is expensive in SF, but believe me towing is worse! If you find that your car is missing because it is "illegally" parked on the streets of SF, chances are you need to Uber here to get your car. Although no one likes to pay, the folks working here are friendly and the process is smooth. 1. First you pay the fine and get a receipt. Apple Pay and Credit Cards accepted. There's a discount for first-time offenders and Medicare members. My fine was $450 for parking on Pine St that had towing between 3pm to 6pm. It also had parking allowable between certain times and I had mom's handicap placard which did not help. I honestly did not see the tow sign and the curb was not painted. 2. You'll get a receipt and need to show it to the security guard to get your car. Only one customer at a time through the gate. 3. Get your car and show the receipt again to the guard to open the fence for you to exit onto 7th. This is one business in Yelp that I WILL NOT plan to visit again. I have bad parking juju in SF and will rely on Uber more or just use the pay lots from now.
