I needed to do tuneups on one of my vehicles so I felt…read morelike after years of coming, being a loyal customer, them a family business, and so forth, that they can be trusted. Boy I was wrong. I told the owner what codes popped up on my vehicle. He said a tune up would suffice. I take it for a tune up, he said everything is good and no further issues. Him and his mechanic cleared the codes to rid of the check engine light. Then a few days later, the check engine light goes off and on. I come back and let the owner know. He said they can't check the car since the check engine light is off. Doesn't make an attempt. Doesn't allow a conversation with the mechanic. Sends me home. He then advised to come back the week after anytime, M-F at 8am-5pm. So the following week, check engine light goes off. I'm at work so I ask my relative to help out and bring it there. The owner does nothing to help and says he sent the mechanic home early. At this point I'm frustrated. This is about 3 weeks into the whole situation. Waiting, listening to the owners direction. All I'm trying to do is make sure my vehicle doesn't get in worse condition. On top of that, he tried to charge my relative more money for an inspection. I call the owner and ask him why is he trying to charge us to get the vehicle read for codes when this is the issue his mechanic sent me home with. Then claims that he didn't know it was for me and my vehicle. But it's the same car, with the same invoice (which btw is dated 2024, tuneup was conducted may 2025). We asked for a refund due to the fact that they didn't even resolve the issue for why we decided to take it there in the first place. Not only that. The owner advised if the codes still showed that he would guarantee to resolve the issue. Hasn't happened. My vehicle was still misfiring, you put any computer to it and it'll read the same codes. They literally sent me off without solving the problem, which in turn, can cause further issues/damage to the vehicle. I'll never come back to this place again. They do oil changes good. Don't come here for anything else. But after this incident, I can't trust them as a business or company. Especially as a long time customer. May I note, a good friend of mine took their vehicle to be diagnosed a couple weeks prior. They couldn't figure out the issue. Turns out they had transmission problems.

They did a full check on all my lights and tires. And they even checked my cabin filter. They didnt recommend any additional changes or anything with my cabin filters or claim anything was wrong w my car, which checks out since I mostly keep up with it. And that's a good sign that they're just helpful and honest. I could see the workers in the other bay laughing and being friendly with the customers and other workers.
