When I noticed most of chairs were taken by members waiting to be called, I got out of line and left to avoid the bottleneck. I also did not want to spend a beautiful morning in line with the sun glaring in my face from the front window, listening to grumbling members. Terrible. As I left the office, there were members still coming in. This is a small office compared to many that I have visited over the years. Perhaps it's time to open a new branch in between the only 2 branches in Coachella to accommodate the surplus of members in this area. We don't pay for membership to wait in line all morning. We can do that for free at the DMV. This seemingly never-ending queue is not fair to AAA employees either, having to deal with tired and grumpy members who did not anticipate a long line for assistance. Member 42 years. First time to experience this and very disappointed.

Then a few days later I received information from my Mortgage company that the rate increased 50%. You can imagin it was a surprise, not mentioned in the thank you email. So I called the office wanting to speack with the person that sent the email. Keep in mind, this agency has not contacted me personally since I signed up with them. Anyway, the person was nopt available therefore I asked for a return call. I am here 5 days later, NO CALL. I can't take the risk with an insurance agent that does not return calls, what if I had a claim? They would probably not call then either. Bottom line, I am changing agents and low and behold at a better rate with the same Carrier Mercury. My opinion is, the management of this group doesn't care about my business. I recommend someone else, anybody else.
