So after waiting an hour and a half, I called ahead to make sure it was there before I go up there. Low and behold nobody answers. So I wait 15 more minutes and call back. Still no answer. So at this point its now been 1hr45min. I drive there up there and not only did they NOT have it, they lie and say "it's en route. Bout half hour." So I drive back to my shop and wait. I call 45min later, they then put me on hold for 15min!! This is a small parts store with people working there they're only job is to ANSWER THE PHONE. No name gets back on the line and blames the warehouse!! I couldn't believe it. They had me waiting over 3 hours and still tried to deflect blame. I went to a competitor and they had me in, paid for and out in less than 10min. Just a reminder that sometimes its worth the $10 extra to go someplace that treats a customer fairly.

They aren't trying to do anything to make up for the excessive amount of time they are keeping the vehicle. When it was purchased they didn't even hook up all the wires and plugs from a previous engine removal which caused multiple problems. If you buy from this dealer you are just going to get raped and fucked out of a lot of money and waste your time.
