I came earlier this week to find the print center at 10:45am was closed. I wasn't given a reason why, just told by a worker that it was closed and that I needed to come back. A few months ago, I printed some material and needed to trim it with the paper cutter they have there. The blade is so old and worn out that it actually ruined some of my prints. I told the manager (the short guy with glasses ) and all he said was "sorry". He clearly doesn't give a rat's behind about anything. Four days ago, I called and asked how much it would be to get something printed on card stock and the worker on the phone told me that she couldn't tell me and that I needed to go there in person to talk to the manager to ask how much it would be. Surprised by this, and in an attempt to clarify any misunderstanding, I said "I'm talking about cardstock, the thick paper", and she snapped "yes, I know what cardstock is!" I stupidly went there again yesterday only to find a long line with only one worker at the print center, and several other associates walking around chatting with eachother, dillydallying.? This location is so poorly managed that I will never return again.

The way it was said made me feel rushed and uncomfortable. I was planning to print 40 copies, but because I felt so pressured, I ended up leaving without printing anything. Customer service isn't just about what you say, it's how you say it. A little kindness would have gone a long way.

It's nice because it was not crowded with people like Office Depot, Fed-X etc. I was the only one in Citrograph every time I went in, I didn't have to wait in line which was great. What saved me a lot of money was cutting the items that were printed on card stock myself. I went to Office Depot and cut everything.
