Now on removal of my GPU I didnt notice he had bent my motherboard's only SATA port.(For those that dont know your SATA is another form of storage that plugs directly into the motherboard) When I connected the new one, I noticed his mistake. Thinking it wasn't broken, I contacted Hernan maybe a week later after my 2TB SATA wasn't available. Hernan didnt fix the problem, and he not only broke my SATA port but refused to refund me the original cost of labor or the price of the part he broke.
