Peter is an awesome personality and most importantly he has skills. I brought my sons IPhone 6plus in for a screen repair and in less than an hour it was repaired and like new. Due to the damaged screen I thought the phone was toast for several reasons. After my visit I am considering selling the phone on EBay for $300 bux and getting my 8 year old a cheaper phone. While I was at it I brought my Lenovo 710 in because I dropped coffee in it and damaged the keyboard. I purchased the replacement on EBay for $25. I installed the keyboard myself but for some reason still had issues. Peter was able to troubleshoot the machine and we identified the hard drive was also fried. Back to Ebay for the replacement part. I installed myself and now I'm back in business. I find it fun to open machines up and learn how they work but along the way you sometimes need expert advice to finalize a repair. Peter was a knowledgeable resource and a damn good tech. I fixed my phone and computer for less than $100 at PC Tech. That doesn't include my cost for purchasing replacement parts but that cost is all mines anyway. My iPhone repair parts and labor is included in the $100. I highly recommended this guy and his business. Fast and courteous service at a great price. Support small businesses and help them grow.

I had another computer issue with a newer computer recently, with somewhat similar problems as before, took it in. They gave it back the following day, told me what parts were working fine and charged me 40 bucks for their failure to figure out what was wrong. Took it to another computer shop in town that ended up figuring out that it was a motherboard and processor issue. Seems the quality of service has gone down at this place in recent years. Now on removal of my GPU I didnt notice he had bent my motherboard's only SATA port.(For those that dont know your SATA is another form of storage that plugs directly into the motherboard) When I connected the new one, I noticed his mistake. Thinking it wasn't broken, I contacted Hernan maybe a week later after my 2TB SATA wasn't available. Hernan didnt fix the problem, and he not only broke my SATA port but refused to refund me the original cost of labor or the price of the part he broke. I'm now out of $400 by this bum of a technician. Pathetic place of business that I hope closes soon.

From the outset, the sketchy-feeling location of the immediate/surrounding area where this place is located as well as the clear lack of punctuality make the experience less than it could be. The lady at the front desk told me that the phone would be ready within 45 minutes, but she didn't call the number that I gave her at all, even 2 hours later. I came back around 1:45pm and the sign said that they were on lunch break, and that they would be back by 2pm. I had to wait until around 2:20-2:25pm for them to return. I thought that that was irksome. Additionally, for whatever reason I am currently experiencing glitches when I am typing on my iPhone keyboard. This did not seem to happen whatsoever before I got my screen replaced. I am going to ask for another replaced screen, and see how my phone is after that. Edit: I went back to get the screen replaced again because my keyboard wouldn't stop experiencing glitches when typing, but even with the new screen that they added on, it is still experiencing glitching. You can see this taking place in my screen recording attached to this review. The owner of this business states that they have the "best" replacement parts in the business on this Yelp page. I say that that is a vague and misleading statement. On the contrary, you are looking at a possibly inferior product here. I paid $70 for a slightly faulty screen, and I was not informed that it would be faulty in the slightest. Sure, it is a notch cheaper than Apple would've charged to do the job fully well, but what I care more about here is the fact that this company claimed that their parts were the best, which, again, I find to be a misleading statement and hence probably bad business practice. It is a shame too that many others who have received an inferior product from this company may be ignorant of the fact that it is anything other than "best", and are passing faulty information around to people like me to persuade them that they can get the "best" parts at a lesser price from here than directly from Apple. When Apple says that they have the best parts, I know that what they say is true from experience. In the opposite vein, I doubt that what this business says is true going forward because when they said that they have the best parts, I know now that what they said is misleading and potentially deceitful.
