Now on removal of my GPU I didnt notice he had bent my motherboard's only SATA port.(For those that dont know your SATA is another form of storage that plugs directly into the motherboard) When I connected the new one, I noticed his mistake. Thinking it wasn't broken, I contacted Hernan maybe a week later after my 2TB SATA wasn't available. Hernan didnt fix the problem, and he not only broke my SATA port but refused to refund me the original cost of labor or the price of the part he broke. They were on time, courteous, professional. The install went exactly how the girl in the office said it would. The install was quick and painless they hooked up the TVs that I wanted. They came out to my house twice to do minor repairs and the technician was on time, very courteous and helpful. The last time (10/9/2018) I brought my computer in so they could get rid of some viruses and malware. Again, the technician that worked on my computer did an excellent job. In addition, the support staff is great from the person that answers the telephone to the receptionist. Their prices for services are very reasonable and well worth every cent. The technician explained what they did, and even provided a demonstration. All in all, I would have to say for a small town, this company is as good as any in any big city.
