We had never been to that location. The parking situation is atrocious and lots of stairs or ramp to get to the building. With a 2 year old it definitely isn't super quick and easy to navigate. I took work off to take my daughter. Our appointment was for 3:30. I am pregnant and carried her up all the stairs and took a long time to find parking. We get in to check in at 3:36 and the rude receptionist tells us that Dr Kimberly has a 5 minute grace period (which I've never been informed about and is not listed anywhere when booking the appointment) she said she would check with the doctor anyways. She took 5 minutes to check, the doctor said no and I would have to reschedule. Mind you, the office had one adult waiting in there, otherwise completely empty. Extremely disappointed and sad we will never be back. I think if you're going to have a 5 minute grace period, you should inform clients, especially at a pediatric office, especially at a brand new location that has HORRIBLE parking and lots of stairs. Would've been wonderful to know ahead of time. I am a very punctual person, I am always on time, I just had no idea there would be so many obstacles getting to the office itself, I respect people's time. Super disappointed.
