Yesterday, I ordered my sofa online in the morning and they called me that night to set up a delivery for the next morning. The lady called me and even texted me because I didn't pick up my phone. Anyway, she was very friendly and accommodating to find a better delivery time for me. Today, the delivery guy called to confirm if I lived upstairs because he was outside my place. He said that he has to call his helper and will call me back when he's ready to bring the sofa up. After the guys brought the sofa in, they took off all the secured packaging and installed all the hardware. They are super fast and efficient. These people are super amazing. They know how to deliver excellent customer service. I highly recommend them.

Great experience! Did a lot of research before choosing to purchase a sofa sectional from this company. I decided to take a chance, knowing they didn't have a showroom. However, they were charging over $1K less than every other vendor who carried this sofa and the warehouse and delivery crew were all local to me. After speaking with Tate, put in my order, and the delivery crew scheduled within just a couple of days. They were prompt and professional. Very happy with my purchase and the process. Our bed is beautiful and service was amazing. Our home burned down recently and the rental furniture we were given was awful- the rental bed frame was squeaky, and the mattress was very hard. I found a beautiful king bed frame by GEG. The delivery team was absolutely wonderful. They carried the bed frame, which came in several large heavy boxes-up very steep steps for us. My husband just had neck surgery ( couldn't lift heavy pieces) so we asked if they could return once our mattress arrived -to put the bed together. They were so kind to come back another day, taking time out of their busy schedules to put our beautiful bed together. The bed is extremely sturdy - actually the best bed frame we ever had !and the cloud mattress fit perfectly into the frame. We never had such a comfortable bed. No noise or squeak every time you move- beautiful design looks like a 10 k bed frame. I highly recommend this company. Completely unsolicited review, I couldn't wait to tell everyone how happy we are!! read more

Absolutely GREAT "Customer Service," amiable Staff Furniture Assemblers, fast, efficient, and free deliveries for many areas of the L.A. County along with FREE ASSEMBLIES. I ordered a dining table along with the chairs from GEG Comfort. I found them thru google. They were so punctual and so responsive. And the set was so modern and so beautiful. They conducted FREE white glove delivery within just 2 days. It was so fast and the delivery guys were so professional. They set everything up for me in some 20min and removed trash afterwards. I ordered a glass top table from GEG Comfort. I ordered from another store first and after two weeks with no contact they cancelled the order. GEG had the same table. Called me immediately after I placed the order to confirm that it was only the table and not the whole set. I had the table in less than a week. It was free white glove delivery. The delivery man was very good, taking great care to put he table together without damaging it. It was heavy and he did it all alone. I highly recommend this store. The exceeded my expectations. I have never received such wonderful customer service from any store. I ordered two nightstands and the very next day received a text that my pieces would be delivered. Tate and her team make sure that the customers are satisfied with the purchase. After I had white glove service, I noticed the nightstands handles were not as the photo displayed. Tate and the team literally opened up 5 boxes of new nightstands and looked for ones I would be pleased with. They came and installed the new handles within days. I would highly recommend this store. Ordering was easy, their online shop is user friendly. You can set up when to pick up. At your pick up date, you arrive at their store and the person goes to the back and gets your order. Easy peasy! I also appreciate that they have sales which are awesome value and the leis are absolutely beautiful! Such great deals! They also package the leis really well, they're fresh and perfect for my daughter's graduation. Mahalo!

My experience was about over 3 decades ago. We came early in the morning, so we could get the best…read moreflorals, many to choose from and be able to get largest amounts, we needed. The flowers were beautiful, costs were just a fraction of what it would cost to have a florist procure them and put them together. We had no idea, as to "our" budget, except it was given to us our wedding gift. My paternal aunt purchased, all of our wedding flowers here and placed together by family, with love. We were there, bright and early and got best quality flowers. It was day or two, before they would be used. They must be preserved, freshly and kept them inside my bathroom, in dark, cold room & cranked up AC. All of it was placed in bathtub for hydration.

Went here on Friday and I do not think this place is worth it whatsoever. I was highly disappointed…read moreafter wanting to go here for over a decade. First the website mentions parking on the roof and we could not find this parking. There was an area blocked off, but it didn't say full. It was just blocked off and the only reason I suspect that was their parking lot is because the exit was still open. So I had to pay for $10 across the street. Yes we could have found street parking further away, but I was already frustrated not having found their lot and my partner was just like I'll just pay. Let's just go across the street. Next even though it is mentioned on the website (I don't remember seeing it despite looking at the website multiple times) and there was a $2 entrance fee. what am I paying $2 for? Why am I paying $2 to shop and spend more money? I'm sorry just on the way there as we got closer, there are so many flower shops around the mart so I don't see why you wouldn't just go to one of those and get your flowers without having to pay an additional fee. So now, we are already $14 out-of-pocket and we havent done anything but try to park and step inside. We get inside we look around and I honestly did not find the prices to be that different from a farmers market perhaps a slightly bigger bouquet, or a couple of dollars cheaper, but there was nothing that was like ooh, this is a great deal. We ended up buying a large bouquet of lilies for $25. There is a stall in the back that had what I would consider actually good price prices. Five stems for $10 and a big bushel of another kind of flower for $6. We got those as well. My partner also really liked the plant guy and bought a plant from him from $20. Now here is where I really will not be back. I stopped at a stall called Choice America. I saw a really pretty set of mum's and asked how much they were & was told $10. The guy helping me then confirmed that they were $10 with somebody else. He then went on to say that one with eight stems was a higher price that I don't remember because I knew I wasn't getting that.When I got to the counter to actually pay, the woman was going back-and-forth with another customer about some order. They both seemed equally frustrated. Why is this important?.. because when it was my time to pay she said $10. I handed her a $20 bill. She opens the register and pulls out a five and some ones throws up her hands. I deduced that already being frustrated this is just one more thing on top as she doesnt have enough change to give me and instead turns to me and says $12.50. I kind of stumble and I say for what... tax or something? and she goes yeah tax clearly lying! Even if they did charge tax, which no other stall did, sales tax in Los Angeles on $10 it's not $12.50. The unfortunate problem is that I am black and I am not afforded the luxury to say something back because then I'm seeing as an angry black woman, have the police called on me not being believed etc. etc. so I just have to bite the bullet and get scammed and ripped off of my money. My partner and I both agree that it was not worth the hassle to go, but he really wants to take me to the restaurant across the street so we would go back to the plant guy and we would go back to the stall in the back but even those are BIG IFS as neither of us has any desire to ever go back to the Flower Mart. I feel like overall. The whole place is a money grab, you should save your money and go to your local farmers market or visit one of the many other vendors that were around the area without having to pay an admission fee to even buy flowers. Or better yet be bold like the elderly lady who accosted us as we were leaving and asked "are you all done in there can I have your sticker?" I was already too flustered to even recognize what she was asking till after my partner happily handed his over.
