WOW! What a great place. It's very large , beautiful white clean interior with a fully window enclosed outside area that has heaters over head. The choices of gelato was extensive and tastes are encouraged. Flavors were excellent! And most importantly they had 3 vegan gelato options which were also excellent for those lactose free people! We had the 6-section cooler tray where they filled each cavity with a flavor of your choice. They provide pink scoopers and mini cones so that you can make your own cones. Flavors are nice and tasty. The pistachio actually is brown colored instead of the green you see in many establishments which means they may not be using coloring and is more authentic. This is a good sign. They let you sample before you order. The passion fruit is quite tart which I like. We also ordered a peanut butter, a cookie, a hazelnut chocolate and stracciatella that round out our tray. Then one of us had a hankering to try the crepes so We ordered a dark chocolate and strawberry special crepe. She really liked it. So walking out a little lighter in the pockets but heavier in the stomach... we licked our chops!!! Worth a try for sure. Workers were pleasant enough. Not crowded because of time of day and weather. I'm so glad our friend introduced us to this sweet shop. It's an adorable, trendy, bright and airy space with a good amount of seating that turned over quickly. They have a side with some semi outdoor seating that gives such a vacation, summery vibe. Loved it. Service was good and quick. The small cups are just enough with an option up to two flavors which I recommend because one flavor can be overwhelming. Also, why not try two flavors while you're there?! Raspberry - there's real raspberry seeds in this! Not overly sweet but just the right amount of tartness. Cookies - surprisingly less sweet than the raspberry. My kids loved this flavor. Pistachio - just excellent. Creamy, smooth with the right amount of pistachio, actual nuts in the gelato. I really enjoyed this! Coconut - a simple flavor yet this one was subtle and really good. Many flavors to choose from, 3 sections just for sorbeto and gelato. There are the usual options, and some new to us. The small cup is less than $6 - a generous serving; can pick up to 2 flavors. Dark chocolate and espresso chips for me, and banana pudding and salted caramel pretzel for my son. Aside from cones/cups, we saw on the menu: ice cream sandwiches ~ $8 (my son got dark chocolate; quite big to eat in one sitting), regular and mini ice cream pops (~ $4 for mini), hot and iced beverages (hot latte ~ $5) and crepes (got dark chocolate strawberry ~$14). The sweetness mixed with the saltiness from the pretzel was a flavor blast! I also got an iced chai latter and that tasted great as well. Service was good but one girl didn't know how to make iced chai latte so she asked another for help. Overall friendly service. A great gelato shop in Long Island! There aren't many in Long Island so this definitely takes top rank here. It's fairly spacious inside with plenty of seating but there's also outdoor seating as well! I came during the afternoon and there were several customers already here but the line wasn't very long and it moved fast. The selection is also huge with lots of flavors and even vegan options. There are also cookie sandwiches, popsicles, and cakes! I'm very indecisive so I always have to try a few flavors before I end up deciding on my final choices. I could tell the staff wasn't as open to it, or maybe she was just tired from all the customers she's had to help that day, but it made me a little uncomfortable to sample. I ended up going with pistachio (can never go wrong with pistachio gelato) and espresso chocolate chip. It was delicious, despite it melting fairly quick since it was so hot out. Since I got two flavors, they scooped one on the bottom and one on top but I actually prefer when it's placed side by side so that I can get both flavors when I want. It also came with some mini cones that were just the cutest. They also have trays of 6 or 12, pints, or quarts of whatever flavors you choose. I saw someone ordering a quart and eating straight from it and honestly, it looked so satisfying - maybe I'll do that next time. read more

A local favorite with so many flavors to choose from. Classic stracciatella to Banana Nutella. I love the mint, pistachio and cherry flavors in particular. My kids always grab the strawberry or Oreo. This new space is just one block from the old location. It's much longer and has a great outdoor patio. The outdoor patio is not covered but there is a slat roof. The benches are lined up in a row with pretty potted flowers just beyond for a nice garden look. There's music playing on the speakers, simple white colored decor; just a nice comfortable seating arrangement. Inside, very neat and spaced out seating as well. The warmer weather will bring the crowds I'm sure as I was here on a cool Spring evening just half an hour before close. And still customers in and out. Open all year round with late hours, definitely a plus. It's a must try! read more

Honestly, there's a reason there is always a line here (year round). It's worth it. It's the best gelato not just in LI, but in NY. The flavors rotate, but with the new location (down the block - literally) they have room for even more. It's very clean, everything is brand new, well lit and now has even more space, which allows for the line to move even faster. Everything from here is terrific. My favorites are cannoli, baccio, pistachio, and Nutella. But let me just express this again, I have never had a bad flavor or one I didn't want more of. I also suggest the gelato sandwiches made with chocolate chip cookies. They're massive and honestly...so good. This building looks so new and modern compared to most of the neighboring buildings! It seems like a fun place to gather with friends and family! I tried the mango and raspberry flavors and thought they were quite fruity and sweet. They tasted like their respective fruits so that was refreshing. I also got the stracciatella one for myself in a sugar cone and thought it was fine, although a little on the sweet side. They put a scoop on top of the sugar cone but didn't stuff it in the cone at all so I got a spoon and tried to squish as much as possible down the cone. read more
