I was in there with a friend having a quiet cup of coffee and a donut at about 5 pm. A worker started cleaning the floor and as he did he dragged every metal chair across the the ceramic floor.It was about 10 chairs making a horrendous, annoying noise and the requested we move while he cleaned our floor. I refused and hawked over us until we left.We couldnt hear each other while we were trying to talk. These people dont realize its the customer that supports them. I have been coming to this location nearly every day for years because of its proximity to my home. I have to say the service and quality has drastically gone down since they opened this location after closing down the one across the street. Their drive thru service IS THE WORST - there can be no one in line and it still takes several minutes for them to respond at the speaker, and even though I put in a mobile order and normally get the sane thing they STILL get it wrong. Their turnover is horrendous because almost every time I go there are different employees working. Usually the ones that aren't terrible for some reason don't even last. Now I'm not sure why or what the story is, but there's a good chance that they aren't even going to read the order when it's put in - today I ordered a pair of breakfast sandwiches with sausage, and even told my gf it would probably be incorrectly made, sure enough, there was bacon and both. Also the sandwich had eggs with MOLD on them. As for my drink, I ordered a latte with no whipped cream, as clearly stated on the label, but guess what? That's whipped cream. I don't know who in corporate needs to see this, but why do you continually let a shop like this represent your brand when they clearly don't care what goes on there? Fix this. read more

The folks behind the counter are always smiling and looking to help you make a selection, taste the various flavors of ice cream, etc... The shop is bright, clean and free Wi-Fi... You just can't go wrong, especially since the donuts are usually fresh. (Don't you hate when you eat the chocolate glazed and you know it's been there since the early AM?) Long wait to cashier not knowing how to use the cash register properly. The latest 2 weeks ago was the best yet. A cake for Halloween was marked $34.99. It was handwritten and digitally labeled. After a long wait to pay, he tries to charge me $37.99. I tell him that it does not say that on the label. He says it's marked wrong. Marked wrong TWICE?!?!?! I could definitely had paid the extra $3 bucks. But based on the long wait, bad attitude.... I'm getting carvel cakes from now on at Stop and shop at Carle place. While staying at a hotel in the area, I can appreciate that they have coffee all day, but sometimes you just need a good 'ol cup of D & D. I have been drinking coffee mostly with almond milk as of late, but today, I treated myself to my old school favorite French Vanilla with a pump of caramel and a little half and half. It is a nice treat that has great flavor and more often than not, I usually never get it exactly how I want, but this was one was made to perfection. I will definitely be stopping in while in the area. The staff were all so friendly as well, which is nice considering they are working on a holiday. Whether you celebrate Christmas or not, working on Christmas Day is not what you necessarily want to be doing. The store was also incredibly clean. read more

One of the best Dunkin Donuts locations I've visited in a while. Although they don't have a drive thru I still would come here over other ones in my neighborhood. It was very clean walking in and the staff was very friendly. I didn't have to wait long on the line to place my order and my food was made quickly. I also ordered 2 dozen donuts for my co workers and the woman actually took her time waiting for me to tell her which ones I preferred. That never happens or they end up getting an attitude elsewhere. They are located in a shopping center so they do get pretty busy but the place is clean, they're nice and efficient and the donuts I get are always fresh. No complaints over here. read more

Worst customer service ever! We ordered 1 vanilla chai through drive through ( had to repeat it several times as she never confirmed) - zero attention! She said she heard 2 and charged us for 2 as well. When we brought this to her attention- she mentioned I have already charged you for you 2 and I cant do anything about it. She claims she repeated the order for 2( she never did). If you make such mistakes, you either offer a discount or a gift card for the extra price charged. Zero fucks given! Me and my family are visiting from out of town and we thought to come here to get ice cream because Baskin Robbins is attached, we walked in and no one spoke to us and even when we did try to speak they still ignored us so that's on issue we had. Now for the other problem I have is the icecream, it was nasty and super soft to be honest and the sprinkles tasted stale or old I've never actually experienced that until now. This particular location is a DD/Baskin Robbins combo. It's typically busy as it's right off the LIE and close to the mall. A very large store, there are a lot of tables as well as a flat screen tv which typically plays CNN. My fiance likes this location as they do his iced caramel latte lite the way he asks for it---skim milk (you have to say it or they may get it wrong), light ice, extra caramel and no whipped cream. You may think that's easy, but you'd be surprised how many times it's been made wrong. The staff here are lovely, accommodating, and always get it right. The facility is accessible, including the restroom which is one for all mankind and is right in front of where you place your order...which skeeves me! read more

Please be aware of a scam this location likes to pull. Certain employees will charge you extra for whipped cream on Drinks where Whipped Cream is already a default ingredient. This may not sound major but the inconsistency with which they do it, is. So some employees don't charge but others do. Please! I previously wrote about other issues plaguing this and other DD and Baskin franchises including stale donuts and lack of consistency when ordering a menu item. I have tried to handle this with corporate and not smear their name in a review but so far this is my second time trying to contact them and I am holding for 24 minutes. If I could give a negative rating like zero stars I would, this restaurant on 5/24/19 was supposed to be open till 12. Ordered through the mobile app to pick up through drive thru. Go through the drive thru at 11:40 and nobody answers, go to walk in the lights are on and I see the employee and the doors are locked I look in and he sees me and shuts the lights off. Went to this dunkin donuts and ordered some of the most simple things on the menu and they still maneged to mess up. We ordered 3 donuts 4 drinks and a breakfast sandwich. I would normally not complain if just one thing was wrong, but EVERYTHING was wrong. They messed up the chococlate frosted doughnut for a vanilla frosted, they messed up the change and ended up having to give us more. They only gave us one messed up iced coffee when we ordered two and finally, they gave us the wrong breakfast sandwich. Aside from all that, the whole process took about 15 minutes. This is the reason you don't order Dunkin Donuts outside of Boston. First problem it's a baskin Robbins DD duo store. That should send up the red flags. I ordered my large iced turbo with extra milk only, and a cheese Danish. My coffee is handed to me rather quickly when I ask, is there a turbo shot in here, the kid inquisitively looks at me and says yeah. By the time I reach my car I realize the cup isn't marked and in fact there is definitely no turbo shot. Not happy, but I'm still going to enjoy my coffee and cheese Danish.....or am I ? I get back to my hotel and open my bag it's some awful bagel twist, not sure how you mix up the two, but they figured out a way to. I have been having those wrap sandwiches with my favorite filled donut for this yr.and only put a pound .I believe that the coffee is as good as Starbucks which is very good . Been coming here for years but noticed on my last 2 visits for coffee and hot chocolate (last week and this morning)., both taste so watered down., i can barely taste anything ., that I had to add a pack of our own swiss miss when we got home, same thing with coffee, although we couldn't add anything to make it more palatable, i finished it anyways. I have a lot of Dunkin' Donuts I pass on my way to work every morning... (4 to be exact along the route I take) and I've stopped at all of them, but this one I will go out of my way for!! Clean and efficient, employees here are always super nice. My order is always correct.. and the young girl who's usually at the window who hands me my coffee is one of the most pleasant people I've ever come across. She makes it a wonderful customer experience, she smiles and laughs, she has a warm greeting and has been very personal even when they are backed up and busy she explains calmly what is happening. It's a joy to see her face in the morning and her "have a great day, happy Friday!" This morning put me in a great mood for the rest of my work day! And she's the one who inspired me to write this review! I even bragged to my friends who work in the area how pleasant the staff is here and how it's not a common thing at a drive through. the worst DD!!!! used to be great when it was located on the other side of glen cove rd. now it is awful! several weeks ago i went thru the drive-thru on a weekend night at 10:30. ordered 2 donuts and was told they are all out of donuts..."we are done with them" i was told. i said "you don't have any? what time do you close?". she said there were no more donuts and they close at 11. how can they have NO donuts at all??? went home and checked online and found it says they are a 24 hr store! sooo, today i decided to give them another chance. went thru the drive thru and ordered coffee and a glazed donut. got to the window only to be told there were no glazed donuts...this is at 3:30 in the afternoon! again i was told "we are done with them". who is managing this store? how does a store with 'donut' in it's name run out of donuts? i have never found this to be the case in any of the other local DDs. poor management!! read more
