Service was fast, and everything tasted super fresh. I tried the passion fruit, strawberry cream, tiramisu, and my favorite -- the stracciatella (vanilla with chocolate chunks). This place is exceptional! When it comes to gelato (and honestly any dessert spot), I'm always looking at texture, flavor, ambiance, and the staff, and they nailed it on all four. Five stars all around. The first time we actually tried their gelato, we had ordered through one of the delivery apps and accidentally received the wrong item. We went into the shop the next day and the staff immediately fixed it, no questions asked and no charge. That level of service really stood out to us. I've had plenty of situations where restaurants say it's the app's fault and won't help, so it says a lot about the character of this place. Quite decadent. My wife says 20/10. The service is great - make sure to get a punch card as you're probably wanna go multiple times in a day everyday once you discover this sweet paradise. Their flavors are spot on their gelato technique is on point. The bathroom has a code (1111) but is for customers only. Very clean place with friendly service. The hazelnut gelato will change your life. I had never had hazelnut gelato before and it changed mine. I will always look for this flavor at all future gelato shops due to this. My only minor complaint is that something got lost in transaltion when we asked for a novelty with the hazelnut gelato and got one woth chocolate gelato but hazelnits on top. After having dinner next door, we stopped in for some gelato to finish our night. That's when we saw the display case full of gelato sandwiches! I went with the mint chocolate chip gelato sandwich dipped in chocolate with chocolate chips. It was delicious! While it wasn't made in front of me and freshly scooped, it was still great. They had a variety of options premade and I'm not sure if you can customize it. The staff was friendly and we were in and out of there pretty quick. The price was reasonable for the man strip of Delray as well. The entire shop was spotless and you could tell they cared about their appearance. We will definitely come back. read more

We ordered two one scoop gelato cups. Staff was very kind to let us sample different flavors to help us make our choice. We opted for one one oreo and one hazelnut. Not a flavor you got to have over here in the states very often, but it tasted just like in Italy and Spain. While strolling down the strip in Delray Beach we went inside this beachy Gelato shop. The place was very busy and had a few tables inside and four tables on the outside patio. There were many flavors of gelato but had to try the Reeces Peanut Butter in the smallest cup for $5.90 and was very smooth and tasty. When I pointed it out, I was told I was wrong, and the gelato was not re-scooped or corrected. Being dismissed instead of helped was frustrating. They also only allow one sample per person. My friend wanted to choose between two flavors but was forced to decide after tasting just one, which made the experience feel rushed and inflexible. I came here twice already because I was actually surprised just how good the gelato was. The second time I was determined to try one of their bakery items, but I REALLY wanted gelato. The people working there saw how I was so confused I was and decided to solve my problem. They recommended that I just have both together! It wasnt an official menu item but my goodness IT SHOULD BE. Beware! Asked the gentleman outside offering samples what flavor it was, he said "Chocolate." When I tasted it I said, "I think there may be nuts in there."Then he said "oh it may be hazelnut." I stopped by recently to pick up some gelato to go and I couldn't resist ordering a mini cannoli as well. They fill them fresh and garnish the sides with chocolate crunchy pearls and chopped pistachios. The shell was fresh and crunchy and the filling was so creamy and smooth.
