This should have been communicated before paying and preparing the drink, especially given a stated allergy. This situation could have been very dangerous. There was a clear lack of attention and awareness regarding food allergies. Staff should be properly trained to handle allergy-related requests. I would rather go out of my way to another location than return here.

The "Little Havana" is my favorite for a smoothie regular size (16oz) and Juice it's around $22 dollars roughly. Planet juice does have a rewards system where they give you a little stamp for every juice, smoothie, bowl, sandwich you buy. After 8 stamps you get a free item off the menu. I strongly dislike that they don't promote it or ask if you have a rewards card because at times I forget my card to stamp at home.

Only two percent or alternative milks." I felt like I was being judged because it was clear I was not a regular customer. The coffee itself was really good. My latte was very smooth. I also ordered a spinach and cheese empanada, which was filled well and tasty. There are also not a lot of seats inside, but they have additional seating outside. The coffee and food is good. I would recommend going to their other locations though.
