As I looked at the menu there was a female employee and a male employee in the kitchen. The female employee proceeded to tell the male employee I was standing at the counter. The male then looked over and said "I'm not going to rush to serve them because it's their fault they came in an hour before we close" to which she responded with "Yeah I know me either". It was incredibly off putting and inappropriate. When I asked the female if what I was doing was making them feel rushed she told me no and I indicated to her that it was extremely off putting hearing him say that in front of customers and that it's rude. She told me "Oh it's fine we're just messing around back here". No it's not "fine". It's an excuse for extremely poor customer service and employee behavior. No customer no matter what time they are there or what they come in for deserves to be chided in that manner. This location has gone downhill and should be teaching their employees to do better and be better.
