Not saying they cant do regular body work but i feel they cut A LOT of corners just to make it seem like they're done. not to mention my dashcam was disconnected when i got it back. super sketch. DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM. the reply was dumb. you said it was defected? even if it was you still didnt measure anything as seen with the holes, used the wrong hardware which is crucial in installing any body kit really. i did not respond to you because i already installed the appropriate hardware with M5 SCREWS (not construction bolts) and rivots. If you're not gonna zell me a portion of what I paid I see no reason to talk to you.. I should have known when I called to inquire about taking my car there for repair and they didn't…read moreanswer the phone to look elsewhere for a shop. Too bad I didn't follow my instinct. I took my car in for repair and was promised an update as soon as they took it apart and never received an update. I finally drove to the shop to get updated in person. After having my car way longer than they said they'd have it they called and said it was ready. When I showed up there were so many things done incorrectly. Even a screw sticking out of the bumper and the color did not match. I expressed my dissatisfaction and they told me they could fix it again to bring it back in a few weeks. So a few weeks passed and I had to call and text multiple times before I was advised to bring it back. I took it back and after another extended stay it still wasn't right. Once again they told me to take it home and they'd arrange a time for me to bring it back. Several months passed and multiple calls and texts later I was finally told they were working on Uhaul trucks because those were the jobs that were paying. Mind you, my insurance paid for the job in full and it wasn't done satisfactory. So almost 9-10 months later I finally took my car back. It still wasn't completed correctly, but no one returned my calls or texts. A couple times I had some serious issues with the car and Toyota told me to take it back to them to be repaired yet again. By this point I was just done with this company and took a loss and traded in the car. Please do yourself a favor and find a more reputable shop. A shop that will actually answer the phone, not avoid you, and that will get the job done right the first time.

I was glad to find all magic to be Mazda certified and close to home so it was a no brainer taking it there. My car is rhodium white which tends to be a difficult color to match as well as it being a three stage paint so I was pretty worried about getting the right place to work on my car. When I got to all magic, I was greeted by Jose. Jose helped and provided me with a very detailed estimate for the work needed for my car. Once my insurance approved I dropped off my car and it took about 2 weeks for the work to be complete. There was a couple of hiccups but Jose did a great job at taking care of it. Jose has great customer service and people skills. Overall, I am very pleased with the results. You can't even tell anything happened to my car.
