I was really shocked and upset with the treatment. No one likes to feel they are being a problem when they just want to help a pet. Didn't seem to fit the personality of a true Miamisburg Viking. Shame on them.

Took her in and I didn't go with him because everything was scheduled and they informed him he would have to reschedule because they were full. I wish I would have gone with him because he specifically scheduled for a spay and informed them she was in heat on the phone. My poor boy is now crying still because they just walked in the door. Our cats are indifferent, but the staff makes them comfortable. We love that they have a separate entrance for cats and dogs. Even though our cats are fine with dogs, I know many are not, so this makes things a lot easier for pet owners. Twin Maples also has an on-site hospital, so they can handle emergencies as well. We haven't ever had an issue with scheduling or getting our pets in when they are sick. The staff is also great at returning our phone calls and letting us speak with the vets on the phone with questions. We like them so much that after we had a horrible experience with Paws Inn on Kingsridge with the cats we co-own with a family member, we moved them over to Twin Maples and have been very pleased with the switch.

I recently changed from Bigger Road to visit a closer Veterinary Clinic, and while everyone has been wonderful, there is just not the same level of care as Bigger Road Vet Center. I especially appreciate and place my trust with Dr. Alison Crocker and Dr. Elizabeth Blakelock -- two extraordinary veterinarians within this group of top-notch professionals. By time I got home from work to call back they were closed. We had to take my dog to the care center in Kettering and she ended up dying. I wonder if she could have been saved or in less pain had they followed up. During Covid , 3 years ago, when my other dog was hit by a car we went there because they were close and our Vet. We thought they could stabilize her. They refused to unlock doors talked to us thru glass said they can't help, no appointment. We made a long trip to Kettering Care Center and my dog ended up dying. This place doesn't seem to care about customers. I will not use them again and would not recommend them to anyone. Go to Dr Beall at Springboro Vet instead.
