Gem Dynasty was very helpful when it came to the questions I asked about engagement and wedding rings. The sales associate was very informative and helpful. I asked her a series of questions in regards to engagement and wedding rings. She informed me that they specialize in engagement rings. I asked if they make custom rings and she told me yes. She told me whatever I would like they will be able to make it. If I was interested in showing a picture of the ring I wanted, they would be able to make it. They also offer services such as engraving and sizing. I am not sure whether that was free or not though. When I asked if they offer exchanges she told me that I would have to speak to the owner first to see if that would be ok. Their sales associate seem pretty knowledgeable when it comes to diamonds for center stones. She told me a list of names that included round, round cushion and radian. She was very confident that whatever I needed to get done they will be able to do it. If you are interested to buying a ring from them you would have to make an appointment at least 2-3 hours ahead of time so that they can get prepared. Overall I felt she knew what she was talking about and that I will be well taken care of if I decided to use their business. I think I just might do that. read more

My diamond was not as it described and it did not match with EGL certification. The color, cutting, and the clarity of my stone were so low from their report. Take my advice, go somewhere else. If you are looking for quality diamonds, look no further. I had been in search for a match to my princess cut diamond to create earrings. However I came to find out that my princess cut was a bit rectangular and difficult to match. When I went to other merchants within the jewelry district many tried to convince me to give up my diamond and get a whole new pair or were simply trying to give me bad matches for it. Be CAREFUL. Take an expert with you. They have a good selection and Frank is a good salesman but he is NOT confident in his product. I went with a friend who is not an expert and we both liked the diamond. Frank quoted me a price, which I thought was good. I went and shopped around the jewelry district some more and a few jewelers i saw went to dealers and brought me back a few diamonds to look at. Apparently one of these jewelers had gone to Frank as he had listed this diamond on a site for jewelers. Anyway, Frank didn't release my stone which was great because I asked him to hold it. I called him after i left the jewelry district (6:45pm) and told him id come the next day. At this time his actions were very suspect. He said i must pay cash and come alone. RED FLAG if I've ever seen one. Lol. This isnt a drug deal, im buying a "GIA certified diamond." That night I did research and I found the price frank gave was average. I spoke to my ring maker and he agreed the conduct was suspicious. Regardless, I was willing to pay his price but I wanted my ring maker to come and see the stone. He had looked at the GIA cert online and said that the stone I chose might have a crack in it but can't tell unless he sees it in person. I call frank the next day and tell him that I'm coming in, paying full asking price but my guy must see it. Well Frank wasn't too pleased and his attitude began. He was annoyed that someone tried to buy the stone the day before. If you list it, someone is bound to ask for it. He said that I should come and pay the (near 10k) and then have my jeweler look at the stone. This isn't walmart. Fat chance he takes it back if it was in fact cracked. Frank was way too pushy in that I should come alone and bring cash. I know he's got good reviews but I wanted to write the full story so the readers can judge his conduct. Nobody should get screwed by this guy. Every other jeweler I saw said I can bring whoever I want to check the stone out.
