They are trustworthy, knowledgeable, reasonably priced, and always accommodating. What impresses me most is their honesty. There have been times when I brought my vehicles in expecting them to find something that needed repairs, only to be told everything was running great and no work was necessary. Most shops I've dealt with in the past would have taken advantage of that opportunity, but not these guys. For the first time in my life, I've found mechanics I can truly trust. I showed up and had to park in the convenience store parking lot next door, because it looked like a pretty tight lot. They said that was no problem. I sat and looked at my phnoe for a little bit until the battery almost died (it was alrfeady low when I got there). They had charging cords on the coffee table with adapters for every phone. I plugged my phone in and sat it on the table and got comfortable for a longer wait, but moments later, true to the 1.5 hour estimate, they said my truck was ready. They advised me of some sort of leak on the front axle, but told me to check with the dealership because it might be under warranty. I appreciate that. I'll definitely be back for future service.
