I understand that bakeries and donut shops with open display cases can occasionally have issues with insects, and I'm not saying people shouldn't visit this business. Everyone can make their own decision. But personally, once I saw a horsefly flying around food that was about to be served to me, I couldn't bring myself to knowingly eat it. Our most recent was blue and DELICIOUS! I included a photo of the dessert itself as well as the interior cross-section of the dessert. There were so many flavors all in this one treat and they all created a symphony of flavor in my mouth that I'm still dreaming of today.
