I've cleaned the machine and ran a sanitize cycle multiple times to no avail. After experiencing some respiratory symptoms about a month ago, I decided to switch to washing our dishes by hand while we waited for our landlord to provide a resolution. His suggestion after almost month was to sanitize the dishwasher, but we recognized that this would only maintain the machine and not effectively eliminate the buildup. I turned to Yelp and found Jeremy. I texted him and he responded within less than 15 minutes. He asked for make and model information for the dishwasher. We were able to get an appointment scheduled for 3 days out with less than 30 minutes of interaction via text message. Our appointment was this morning and Jeremy texted me when he was 30 minutes out. He was communicative, prompt, and efficient. He was able to remove the dishwasher door and identify the area that was discharging this mysterious substance. He steam cleaned the area, tested the function of the dishwasher, and put the door back on. His rate was extremely fair and we will be certain to continue to call him for any appliance issues!

When he checked my current filter assembly, he noted a piece of foam that was attached to the bottom that was not supposed to be there. He removed the assembly so he could remove the adhesive foam and everything worked. The part was not needed and I was not charged for it. He was extremely friendly and saved me the cost of an unnecessary part. I will definitely recommend this company!

I asked them to come out and repair it as it didn't appear to be that loose before the repair. They indicated to me that it was in fact broken before, however, they could replace it for $90. I said no thanks, as I didn't want to invest anymore money it. One of the service men proceeded to call me a liar and tell me he didn't appreciate me blaming them for the problem and asked me to never call on them again. When I said I was shocked at his lack of professionalism, he continued to badmouth me until he exited the door. I don't recommend such a hot tempered and unkind service personnel person in your home. There's no excuse for that kind of verbage.

After speaking with corporate and being given a case number, we were promised they would get the counter top ordered and have a supervisor call us within 3 days. Now corporate is saying the local store has my counter top and they are waiting to coordinate installation. We aren't even having them install it! Our salesperson called to rant about how it wasn't her fault someone deleted the email order! Meantime we are eating with relatives, carryout and restaurants.
