As there is no Key Bank local to me, I ended up at this branch as a trip to Jungle Jim's (down the road) was also planned. The 3 Tellers inside of the bank were extremely helpful. As this was (I'm guessing) a somewhat unusual situation, I spoke with all 3 Tellers who assisted in the process of getting access back to my mobile banking. Between making different phone calls, waiting on hold and then assisting me with setting up my new mobile banking account, the process took approximately 45 minutes to an hour.
