He came back around 3 times free of any additional charge before the job started for tree staking and guidance with my project, that included trees on the property line and other inherent tree issues with my pretty complex project. On top of that he even came back again free of any additional charge after my job was completed to check on my pine tree because we subsequently had some paver demo and excavator work done around the tree that could have harmed the tree he said. The work he did looks very good to me, but I'm just amazed how much extra of his time and effort he put into my project. I definitely plan on using him in the future.

Next morning his crew showed up with two big trucks and a chipper. They cut the tree down and chipped it into mulch on site. They also cut a small branch for me that wasn't in the original quote for no extra cost. When they were finished, they used a blower and cleared the yard and sidewalk. They were done in a hour. They were very professional and did exactly what was agreed upon. I would highly recommend this tree removal service. This company was removing branches from a neighbor's tree in Crown Heights, Brooklyn this past…read moreweekend (June 6) and were dropping branches into my yard and a neighboring yard. They also broke the top slat of my fence by stepping on it to try to get to a branch. This is not my tree nor am I the owner, and while the impacted neighbor had every right to to cut branches that were problematic for her building, you are required to clean up all of the debris. I gave them access, I said to one of the crew members, "you're going to clean this up right?" He looked over and said "oh" and left. At worst, this would be considered illegally dumping, at best, I would just call it sloppy.
