A special shout out to their staff on the floor, Steven, who was very helpful and friendly.  Not only did he lead me to the area of surge protectors, he even helped me find exactly what I needed.  He was very knowledgeable. When I was trying to make a decision, he used his cell phone to go online to check on some more technical answers for me.  I told him that I would take some time and make a decision.  He assured me that he would be around for another 20 minutes should I need his help.  And it was 20 minutes to the store's closing time!  Some employees would try to avoid helping customers when it was so close to closing; so, I was truly appreciative of his service and professionalism.
