Bought a 2023 Fleetwood Frontier 36SS. was supposed to be delivered, had to pick it up myself. Drove 200 miles to home then storage lot with no temp tag or tag, did not even know until storage facility ask for tag number. Could have been a big legal problem if I were to be stopped or in an accident. Could not go on planned vacation till tag and registration paperwork was complete. a month total passed from date of purchase to being able to drive it. retrieved RV from storage, started preparing it for the trip across the US from Fl to CA and back. Numerous small electronic items non functional, as well as other non electronic items. after 3 days of repairing this little thing and that little thing, I turned the refrigerator on so it could be stocked the next day before we left and 24 hrs. later no joy. I pulled the unit out tested the circuit board and it was bad, I could have ordered one, but needed to leave immediately. Removed the front passenger seat and took the unit out of the RV. I went to a Local RV store and purchased a new one on the go. FL to GA to AL to Jackson, MS. The RV went into limp mode on the interstate, tried to make it another 1/2 mile to exit but had to pull over. Sit there and rocked violently back and forth from the traffic 6 hrs. before help arrived. Turbo codes, EGR codes and sensor faults. Very expensive repair. The Diesel Pusher was not cleaned,, not serviced or checked for functionality and is only a couple years old and is a nightmare. We were told everything was in perfect working order when we purchased it online and they did a video review. They were especially proud of how cold the refrigerator was and pushed that narrative. We thought it was a little strange of how they emphasized that and now we know why. I am Headed somewhere, anywhere to try and trade it so I can hopefully get home.

    This is their BBB rating!

They replaced our bad air conditioner with another bad air conditioner and gas lit us by telling us it was working but clearly it was broken. 10 degree difference from one room with a working a/c to the other they claimed to replace. We had to higher an honest mobile company to replace it again. General RV is Truly a sick company. Please don't go there. Not to mention every time we had to get through to someone from service we had to call Corperate and complain to get someone to call us back and they F'd us out of a 200.00 credit we had.

2023 Delano 24TT! Still no one from THOR or General RV, has tried to make things right! Shame on both companies! Just very corrupt, evil, and un-AMERICAN!!! Updated review: Priceless is when they pretend that they will help you, when they make promises, they lie. Over a year of lying, to us about everything! Thor-Juliana, and General RV. They will say things are covered under warranty, make you send all the receipts and documents, then deny the charges that you already paid in "Good Faith," because you TRUSTED that they would pay. General RV lied, made me wait over a month for a one day appointment, then cancelled about a day before appointment stating they could no longer do the one day appointment. I had no way to get back back to my home over two hours away and with three dogs. So I could give 0 STARS it would apply to both Thor and General RV!

The one con is all of the RVs are unlocked and they let everybody walk around without supervision, so we walked into some unsettling situations. We came here because my younger son has been obsessed with RVs. We've been thinking about renting one to test it out. At one point, you could rent it at lazy days, so AI still thinks you can. However, upon further research that is no longer the case, but we still figured we should check out this place just to see sizes of RVs. When we got to the front desk, they told us that all the RVs are unlocked so we can just take a look at everything ourselves. I actually loved this at first, because we didn't want to waste the salesperson time as we checked out the different sizes of RVs. I realize that this is both the pro and con when my children walked in to one RV and found that the toilet had been used, and it was number two not number one so it was exceptionally disgusting. That really freaked me out and made me very wary going into the other RVs. Luckily, we didn't experience anything else like that, we did see a couple Coke bottles left behind, but it made me think it would be very easy for somebody who is mentally unstable to do something scary in these RVs since there were so few people walking around. So in the end, I do think this is probably a great place to check out a large selection of RVs because they have so many, but if you are a female, I would highly recommend making sure you either go with the sales person or bring a male with you just in case.

Unfortunately I just can't give Lazydays more than 1 star. We bought a new 5th wheel from them in…read more2021 and the bs started immediately. We added a 2nd A/C and slide top awnings and when we picked up the unit a few weeks later, the bench seat for the dinette was missing. We were told that it had been taken out for another unit that was being picked up, and that it was because of this incident that they changed policy and would no longer do that. They had to order in a replacement and we had to make a two hour trip back to pick it up when it came in. We received exactly zero consideration for this and the salesman (JP) seemed quite irritated when he had to deal with us when we showed up to pick it up. A 1 star start for sure. We did not have much to do with them after that until last August. The unit was due for some maintenance and the "Platinum" maintenance package included the wheel bearing repack and roof sealant update. The advertised price was $2,700, and i asked them to look at few things and give me cost to fix. When we picked up a week later, we were met with a bill for $4,400. They charged us over $3,300 for the service, plus charged us a couple hours labor to look at the awning and tell me the arm was bent ($1,500 repair), to pull one gray tank handle and tell me that this too was bent ($1,000 repair) and also asked about one of the black out shades that no longer would retract, another 1/2 hour labor to tell me it needed to be replaced (along with some absurd estimate but I can't recall the number). I brought their website up on my phone and showed our Service Advisor Ashley the $2,700 I was expecting to pay. She brought up the $3,300 price on her computer and shrugged off the $600 additional cost. Between that and the nearly $400 charged to look at three things that probably (and generously) took a half hour to diagnose, I was just furious and, wanting to avoid a scene, I paid and left. A week later we set up at a campground and when I used the fan in the bathroom for the first time, we found that they had installed the new MaxxAir fan cover incorrectly and I could not close the vent without disassembling the fan from inside to be able to manuever the vent cover inside the MaxxAir cover as it was getting caught on the fins of the MaxxAir cover. At this point I called and asked for a service manager. I explained the situation to Marcus and also told him about the cost difference for the so called "Platinum" package, as I could still pull it up on their site, for their location, and get the same $2,700 price that Ashley had no interest in honoring. He agreed to refund that additonal $600, and offered slide and leveling system maintenance for free when we came in to have the fan cover fixed. As we were staying in the RV long term, more than 2 hours from the dealership, I opted to get a mobile tech to fix the fan cover. As I had 45 minutes left of his one hour minimum, I had him revisit some of the things that Lazydays gave me ludicrous estimates for. He got his ladder out and loosened 2 screws and made a slight adjustment to the awning, solving the problem that Lazydays could only solve with a new awning arm and $1,500 charge. Pathetic. Fast forward 8 weeks to October 2025 and I am cleaning and preparing the RV for storage and notice that the sealant on the front cap has failed. We had towed it literally about 100 miles and all across the front cap the sealant had opened up. I called and talked to Marcus again, to find that Lazydays was being purchased by Campers Inn. He took my information and said he'd put notes on the account so we could bring the unit in when we returned to Florida in May of this year. When we were getting ready to return, I made arrangements to drop the unit, and was met with pretty much complete ingnorance of the situation. I had to bring in my invoice because they claimed to not have the Lazydays records. I believe this to be an absolute lie. Later on Ashley said I did not have to resend the pictures of the failed sealant because she did have access to the ones I had sent Marcus. So much BS it's hard to imagine. So, they claim to have cleaned and resealed the front cap and I had to make the two hour drive two days in a row so the sealant could "cure". They did their 15 point inspection and claimed that two of the tires on the unit were from 2008 and 2009, but all 4 were replaced at the same time in 2023. I find it very hard to believe they even know what they are talking about. They also noted that both air conditioners were in need of maintenance. Yesterday I had a mobile tech I have used before come over to check out the A/C's and recheck the sealant on the roof. He immediately pointed out several issues with the sealant, which Lazydays told me was all good less than one week ago. He pointed out that the front cap was not cured, and that they had obviously used an off brand sealant ant that there were spots where it was popping up

SUNCOAST RV TAMPA knew we were traveling with an infant and my 80+ year old Mom. We felt SUNCOAST RV TAMPA's response downplayed and diminished the sheer misery we endured DAILY in the RV we rented from them. DAY ONE: ABSOLUTE nightmare when we stopped after our first 4 hours of driving at 2 am to rest in Kingsland, GA six of us stuck in the 100+ degree trailer that had no AC because THE GENERATOR DID NOT WORK and it was 2 am! No one rested the first night. We called SUNCOAST RV first thing that morning and let them know we were in Kingsland, Georgia dead tired and miserable in the super hot vehicle and wanted to go to a hotel to rest. We were headed to Piedmont, SC first, SUNCOAST RV instructed us to travel to Greensville, SC ignoring my suggestion for a hotel to rest, they made us a reservation at a KOA in Greensville, SC where we had to stay for the next three nights while the generator was fixed. Traveling to the Greensville KOA took SEVEN HOURS of our family driving in blazing heat in the back of the RV because we had no generator. We had to cancel our reservations made months prior at the glorious Sesquicentennial State Park so that our generator could be fixed in Greenville, South Carolina where we were stuck from Tuesday - Friday. We were nice about it. SUNCOAST RV paid a whopping $197.86 for our three night stay there. YES, you read that right. Set them back less than $200 for the six of us to be stuck here for days... DAY TWO and The Rest of the Trip: The refrigerator door whips open ALL the Refrigerator contents flies out onto the floor, including the drawers as we exit from the interstate. This continues to happen REPEATEDLY throughout the entire 1500+ mile journey. Every time we go around a curve, someone has to jump up and hold the refrigerator door shut WHILE DRIVING ON THE ROAD, completely UNSAFE! This made for a very uneasy trip. We purchased a bungee cord to attempt to keep the refrigerator closed. (We told SUNCOAST RV right away). Then, WATER BEGINS POURING INSIDE the entire length of the RV EVERY TIME when drive. This was THE WORST! We got the maintenance man from the Greensville KOA we are staying at to take a look at this craziness and he said he had NEVER seen anything like it and looked quite perplexed. We called SUNCOAST RV TAMPA right away. They told us this is a manufacturer drain line problem. We are forced to use our clean towels to mop up the mess day in and day out, then wash and reuse our towels over and over again. The next thing - Water POURING on the OUTSIDE of our RV anytime we use the water inside the RV and we are alerted to this fact at every campsite by neighbors and the KOA management. Drain problems all around INSIDE and OUTSIDE of the RV. The temperature remains between 80º and 95° in back bedroom ALL DAY LONG - while the AC running. It gets cool enough to enjoy after 10pm only. It was miserable the entire trip, this could not be fixed. A baby monitor in that room told us the temp. so we knew EXACTLY what the temperature was. SUNCOAST RV told us via phone and text that there is an additional thermostat back there, which there wasn't and they verified this when we returned the vehicle and they noted how unusual it is for this size RV to NOT HAVE A SECOND AC UNIT! The electrician they hired in Greensville who came out twice to fix our generator made us a priority, the following day he texted us twice asking if we had heard from SUNCOAST RV because they were not responding to his invoice. Talk about awkward and uncomfortable! SUNCOAST RV told us after he is a scammer, along with everything else, it BECAME our problem! Every step of this trip we braced ourselves for the next issue. We expected to rent a FABULOUS RV from a reputable company, we certainly did the research, but instead it was a point of stress every single day and we had to then deal with SUNCOAST RV on these points of contention AFTER the trip! We felt they blamed us for their inferior RV rental. We felt they should compensate us for the incredible misery these RV problems presented us DAILY. We were charged $3422 and then received a whopping $329 refund and a $71 MILEAGE CREDIT for our trouble. We declined an additional $299 towards a future rental with them for obvious reasons.

I have rented RVs once a year from MidFlorida for more than five years. I used to highly recommend…read morethem to others, but this past year's rental was deeply disappointing. The RV was delivered (six hours late) with the propane disconnected. We didn't know this at the time of delivery, and only later discovered that it had been disconnected because there was a leaking regulator. We had no functional refrigerator or oven/stove for the first three days of the rental, but most importantly, no heat when the temps dropped below 40 degrees. We also were charged a higher nightly rate that then one quoted on the website. The RV was in poor repair--the dining table could not support any kind of weight and was too wobbly to leave cups, etc. In the past, we've had issues with rentals from MidFlorida but they always made efforts to fix it or at least make some effort to compensate us for the failures. But this time, I've been completely ghosted following the rental, even though Lisa promised they'd get back to me. Like I said, I've recommended them in the past, but I don't know what has happened--the inventory seems to be more beat up than in past years, yet the prices keep going up. One of the reasons I had recommended them is because they would provide on-site support if there was an issue (we would get RV delivered to the race track), but this past year was the worst and most disappointing rental I've ever had. Even worse is the lack of response after the fact. All in, we were billed roughly $3000 for six nights for an aging, class C that only slept four adults (with two grown men forced to use the bed over the cab) and had no functional heat, refrigerator, stove, or oven. The broken propane was clearly disconnected and should have been caught during prep, but they had us double-booked with the previous client so they rushed it. For the price we paid, this was unacceptable. I'm leaving two stars instead of one because like I said, I had always appreciated their efforts in the past, but this last one was really a one-star rental. I take no pleasure in leaving this review as I like to support local businesses instead of the big corporations, and I certainly hope they are able to do a better job maintaining their inventory in the future. I feel compelled to write this review to alert all of the fellow race fans that I can no longer endorse Mid-Florida.

And, due to the pandemic, the owner (Andrew Meacham) gave us a better cancellation policy than normal. When we first arrived after a day in the park, everything was set up. The camper was clean - very clean. (Andrew even assisted in contacting Fort Wilderness to change our space to one we had requested and didn't receive). We brought many items that were supplied - so don't pack towels, toilet paper, paper towels - these are all provided. There were also coffee filters, but I'm not sure if these are always supplied. I would highly recommend getting a camper with an outside kitchen - we used ours extensively. Even on days when using the Disney grill having the kitchen made it easier to store paper towels, plates, utensils and food. Next time we'll probably go for the deluxe camper. Meacham's length of stay Golf Cart deal is well worth it too. (We also rented a fire pit, but didn't really use it). We had some minor issues over the course of two weeks which Andrew promptly addressed. As for the campsites, I'd recommend a Premium site over a Preferred as the site is bigger and there is more privacy. Staying in an RV saves A LOT of $$ on food. We started our trip at POP Century and might have spent more on eating out in two days there than we did at two weeks in the camper. We cooked most of our meals, or prepared meals to bring to the parks. Fort Wilderness has a lot to offer. We visit Disney yearly and usually spend a day or two there. Having two full weeks really added to the enjoyment. Biking, canoeing, kayaking, fishing (we brought our own rods), swimming, horseback riding and more. Some activities that we've done in the past were not available due to the pandemic (motor boat rentals, the campfire program, wagon rides), but there's still lots to do. We did notice a significant increase in occupancy on weekends with many locals visiting. This did put a strain on the pools. Pools were nearly empty midweek. I highly recommend a stay in an RV at Fort Wilderness - and Meacham's is the way to go!
