The lady owner of the shop seems to be nice at first, but don't let her catch you going to the smoke shop next door. I went to buy something from her and when asked how much she said, for my customers $30 for you $35 since your a customer next door. How unprofessional to treat someone that way. I won't ever spend my money at the General after her remark and the way she treated me. I would much rather spend my money with Garden isle CBD. Great place, great service! this little shop has everything you need and I do mean EVERYTHING! can't speak to value, this is the only shop I visited because the staff are super helpful and crazy friendly so I didn't care to check elsewhere. We live here. But if youre visiting, this place has everything... If I were visiting, 27 years ago...I would not have been able to get rid of jet lag the way you might do NOW. The owner knows her stock, Diana will greet you, and if you can't sleep...you may do it right as you plan your actual resting during your vacation. Need something different? You got to see all the nice testimonies now for a real one... Me and my husband were visiting from the big island and we know our stuff but wanted to just look around when we were on our anniversary. Bra that woman was all over my husband touching him, getting close to his face, ect. I told her to step back as well as my husband and she took it as a joke and just started laughing. As we tried getting out of the store she kept saying "you buy this I give you good price" we told her "no" and walked out she literally followed us to the stairs trying to get us to go back in. Now for a real review. I purchased a chillum pipe and when I got home I noticed the crack in the glass and called the shop. The woman said that she remembered me and that she'd be happy to exchange the pipe for me. So, I drove an hour to 'exchange' the pipe, only for her to reach into her cabinet and grab a similar pipe, and hand it to me. Again, it looked fine in the shop but when I arrived home I immediately saw an even bigger crack. I'm done with giving the benefit of the doubt here. This feels so slimy. I would not trust or recommend doing business with this shop. read more
