Nice place! Came to Kaua'i for my honeymoon and will say they have some great products. Was a bit hard to choose, but the friendly staff was helpful leading me towards the product I was looking for. This store has the most attentive manager, he knows his products and can answer questions about all of his stock. The store carries a wide variety merchandise and has easy, close parking. The location, down near the harbor, is conveniently, centrally located. Visiting Kauai for a week and forgot my vape charger. Employee was quick to answer the phone to confirm inventory. Got there and the male employee was really nice and actually tried fitting the charger, realized it didn't work and even cut the plastic part off so it fit for me. I noticed they have an especially wide assortment of CBD products available I'm definitely going back for that. The staff was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I ended up buying a new mod which was really nice. I really like it and the price was reasonable as I automatically had a discount applied to my total cost. Went here to buy a spare battery for my e-cigarette while on vaca. The female owner of this store was abrasive, and made fun of my brand of battery, saying hers was way better. So I bought her brand for a ridiculous amount of money. The stupid thing never worked!! Tried charging it, re-setting it, etc. Then went online to try to trouble shoot, and it gets awful reviews. Lots of lemons that just don't work. A friend bought some cigarettes she makes- they were Blah at best. I can't really speak on behalf of the cigars or glass here, so my review is mostly for hookah related stuff. They have some really cheap Chinese hookah/parts if you really need it; standard stuff like cheap ceramic bowls, screens, etc. The shisha selection is surprisingly decent. I think most of what they have is Fantasia, but they have some stuff I haven't even seen at a lot of larger shops including a good selection of Shiazo Steam Stones which is pretty cool. They also sell the Fantasia e-hookahs here in a couple of flavors as well. I actually haven't looked too much at coals here but I know they have at least 2 or 3 different brands of quick-light coals. Not sure if they have natural coals of any kind to be honest. The service is always friendly, prices are decent, and this is probably the best place on island to get hookah supplies when you're in a pinch and can't wait for your shipment from the mainland to come in! read more

Went for refund she showed me the no refund sign the size of you palm displayed 2 ft off the floor mixed in with adverts. She spent over an hour trying to disprove the fact the vape was broken. Finally offered a replacement. Not a single item I could see had a price tag so she could not assure me the vape she was replacing was a priced in the range of the one I bought. When we realized it, it was too late and they were closed. Called the bank in the morning. We went back over in the morning and the same guy, Will was there. Was on vacation with my friends last week in HI and we stopped by this smoke shop for some needed items for the trip. The lady who owns this place made it the most entertaining time of the trip or close to it. My friends and I actually wanted to stop by before we headed home to see her again she is hilarious. I see some people review price but don't forget it is Hawaii and limited shops. The entertainment by the owner is worth the price.
